I learned towards Jungwon and asked again:

However, I said none of this, instead, I declared:

I put my hand on his arm, and slid it down slowly. He started trembling. He clearly was terrified. So, I took away my hand, sighed, and said:
"Let's not. You clearly aren't ready."
But, while I thought he'd just give in with a sigh, he suddenly shouted:
"No! I am ready! Let's do it! I wanna do it!"
Direct quote, I shit you not! He had even grabbed my shoulders and was shaking me back and forth with desperation.
I grabbed his wrists to make him stop and exclaimed:
"What's up with you suddenly?!"
He stopped shouting, looked at me with his galaxy eyes, and then, he did the one thing I promised myself to never be the cause of:
