I saw the view as my vision was booted up, whirring. It was a comfortable bed with a nightlight, 2 desks and some decor.
'Quite cozy.'
I turned to look at [NAME], which was panicking in short breaths. I slowly reached out to them.
"Are you okay? Did something happen last night?" right as I spoke, they flinched to the point where they jumped, I took a step back trying not to startle them more.
"O-Oh, well I had a nightmare is all. Kinda rough on me y'know, dealing with some of the stuff in a lifetime." They tried pushing away my concerns, indeed failing.
"I'm sure its some of my concerns, after all, you've done a lot to help me. Like yesterday." I reasoned with them, getting to persuade them into telling me. I care for the-
'No, what am I doing? Is this another malfunction or error? I can't feel, unless its pain. I mean, it's just blackout.'
"Okay, okay, fine. I had a nightmare about t__r∅r1sts and w4r , and my family got taken away by them." [NAME] explained, almost sobbing.
"[NAME], I certainly don't understand how you feel but, I imagine myself being there. I am so sorry for asking," I tried reassuring [NAME], but it was true..
"Thank you, Metal." Was the last thing I heard before getting hugged.
