"Veeranshu, aur koi raasta hai kya? Hum sirf abh tair ke jaa sakte hai."

"Nahi nahi... Bani, pagal ho? Itni dur tair ke jaaye? Main aadhe raaste mein hi kisi machli ka chicken tandoori ban jaauga. Nope. Not doing that. Main chaar din yaha baith sakta hun but I'm not swimming back till the beach."

Bani groaned at how stubborn Veer can be. Her playing had already made sure that he cannot fly back to the resort and he refused to swim even when Bani was assuring him that she's there.

"Veeranshu, come on. Main yahan 5 din tak nahi phasi rehna chaahti. Especially jab hume pata bhi nahi ki hum kitni dur aaye hue hai."

Veer laughed. He got up on the deck, pulled up a bottle of gin and put on his sunglasses.

"Tum jaao phir tair ke. Main tabh tak yahan rahunga jab tak meri cheel shaktiyan laut ke nahi aati. Phir main..." He did the dramatization of flying, "Wooshh... Cause I'm a cheel and I can chill but tair ke jaana manzoor nahi."

"Veeranshu!!!" Bani complained.

"Waise ek baat batao, sweetheart, tair ke jaaogi but navigator hai tumhare naagin sense mein? Pata chala resort chodke kahi aur dur chali gayi... but me... no no hum cheel aaraam se aasmaan mein udne ke liye navigator leke chalte hai."

As if reacting to Veer's own cheel like flying behavior, the air blew over him, pushing the yacht a little further.

The weather alert set off. Both Veer and Bani looked in the direction. The alert for a storm was given off from the lighthouse. As if a sign, the air started blowing violently. It started to rain.

"Bro... problem kya hai? ABhi abhi toh sukh raha tha!!!" Veer exclaimed to the sky.

"Maine kaha tha... tumhe hi bohot padi thi." Bani complained.

"Sweetheart, main hargiz tair ke nahi jaa raha ... that's it. I don't care what rebellion the sky wants to show. Agar uski rebellious phase chal rahi hai toh so be it but I'm not bowing down to the sea. Aasmaan pe raaj karne waale samandar ke saamne nahi jhukte, gharwali."

Bani rubbed her temples. As much as she sometimes found his brattish behaviour amusing, right now, it didn't feel amusing. Even a terrible storm won't budge Veer's determination.

"Main kya karun tumhara!!!" Bani exclaimed.

The sky accepted Veer's challenge and the storm brewed more and more violent. The yacht started moving in accordance to the storm's direction. After a while, Bani decided she had enough of Veer being a spoiled brat. She grabbed Veer and jumped into the water.

"Bani!!!!" Veer's panic kicked in.

"Zor se pakdo." Bani made him hang on to her. She started to swim in a direction. Swimming for a while, they reached a beach. Surely not the resort looking at jungle vegetation. As they reached the shore, Veer got off and was thankful for his feet feeling the ground.

"Wonderful, Gharwali, wonderful. Abh hum dono kisi sunsaan island pe phas chuke hai!!" Veer exclaimed. He picked out his phone from his pocket. It was wet mess. "Amazing. Call bhi nahi kar sakte."

Veer groaned.

"Excuse me. Jaan bachi toh lakho paaye. If we didn't get out of the storm, hum dono mar chuke hote." Bani commented.

"Baani, bas toofan tha. It would have passed. We just had to keep the yacht upright till it passes."

"Aur agar doob jaati yacht toh?"

Veer dragged him towards the sand.

"Sweetheart Naagin, tum comfortable ho samandar mein. Main nahi. Doobne se marta ya nahi yeh toh pata nahi but heart attack se definitely mar jaata. Uske baad tumhare chakkar mein phir se janam lena padta!!"
