After a few more minutes of silence just holding the hug, using each other as comfort for the situation he loosened a bit but still held on as you weren't quite ready to let go yet.

You finally pulled away fully ready to move on and Spamton piped up

Oh yeah, you needed to pretend like everything was fine. You had almost forgotten that. So without saying a word you picked up the cleaning supplies you dropped earlier. Surprisingly it was easier to ignore what happened than you thought. Sure there was a small ache in your SOUL with the occasional sharp pain but nothing you couldn't handle and eventually, you just tuned it out.

When you two finished cleaning up everything in the shop it looked better than when you first saw it. (although that wasn't a very high bar to clear) Hell if it weren't for what was in stock and the location you would be convinced to shop there yourself!

He started slightly nudging you out patting you back trying to get you to leave but something urged you to stay. Didn't help that even though you had been up for way longer than normal you weren't tired at all.
