As James, Sub, and Neos all split up to block off more of the area, Jack simply waited as Steve, Ben, and Ava began to make their way up to the rooftop of the building that Ghost and Herobrine were fighting on. Meanwhile, as the fight continued, Herobrine began to taunt Ghost.
Herobrine: Come on, you haven't even fully recovered from the fight in Val, you're already getting exhausted. Why can't you just accept that beating all of you is my destiny?
Ghost: Because accepting defeat at your hand would be like letting your girlfriend die in front of you: it's something you'll regret for the rest of your life.
Herobrine: Oh, really? Tell me, then, if you wanna beat me so badly, then why don't you tap into some of that forbidden power that Hades is so known for?
Ghost: I won't do that... I'll never go that far to win...
Herobrine: Then, I guess you'll die a weakling.
After awhile of darting up stairs, Steve, Ava, and Ben had finally made their way to the roof only to discover that Ghost was actually getting beaten down by Herobrine, but thankfully, Ghost was putting up enough of a fight to distract Herobrine while Steve attempted to charge him with Delta charged punches; however Herobrine managed to sense Steve's presence and would turn around, meeting Steve with a punch of his own to the kidney area of Steve's torso, knocking him back and onto the ground. As Ben and Ava tried to rush Herobrine, he dodged each of their attacks, and would go on to punch both of them away. Steve would charge Herobrine once again, almost as if the fight had been set to rewind, and just like the previous attempt, Herobrine would knock Steve back down onto the ground. What Herobrine didn't expect, though, was what Ghost was preparing in the meantime. With his body having grown as hot as magma and his eyes glowing red, he would give his last gasp effort.
Ghost: Like I said.. I don't need the forbidden power to beat you... Hades Driver!
Ghost released all of the heat his body had built up and launched it at Herobrine. The blast was more than powerful enough to shoot Herobrine off of the roof and down into the street below the building. Having landed ridiculously hard, Herobrine's entire body was made up of broken bones that were all attempting to heal themselves at once, and just as they had healed enough for him to begin making his way back onto his feet, he noticed that the street he had landed in was surrounded by massive boulders that were coming up from the ground and insanely large barriers of ice that were so thick, you couldn't even see through them.
Herobrine: What the hell is this supposed to be?
???: Your final hour.
Herobrine looked to see who it was that had responded, and the sight that he would be greeted by had actually caught him by surprise: Jack. As the man he had formerly bonded with slowly made his way to meet him, Herobrine, knowing what Jack was capable of, began to grow a bit anxious as to what was about to occur.
Herobrine: Jack? How the hell are you alive?
Jack: Oh, I have my sons and their friends to thank for that one. Why, what's the matter, Herobrine? Suddenly, you seem to like me a hell of a lot less than you did back when you rested in the back of my mind.
Herobrine: Oh, what, you think I'm scared of you just because I know about what your powers can do? If so, then you've got another thing coming to you, Jack. You and I both know you don't have the guts to use them to hurt someone else.
Jack: I'm not the same person that I was back then. Think about all that you've cost me. You took away my wife.. my son.. my own self-control! You have taken everything that I hold dear.. and because of that.. I'm going to make sure that you never breathe again.
