Time skip the next morning

Darryl woke up extra early as Zelk explained to him, that his waking up Zak when the sky turns into a light blue hue, the sky was still currently dark as he thought he should take a bath since he's probably gonna face the adored King and Queen that the people of Winzerton loves so dearly

Darryl got out of his bed his back was aching from the lack of a mattress, but he was used to it and at least now he has a pillow, he stretched for a bit then left his room and went to the bathing area for the workers he grabbed a bar of soap on his way to the bathing area, the bathing area was located outside the castle it was just a well, with a few shower rooms near it, he smiled as he walked to the well that was surrounded with wooden buckets," I finally can get a bath", Darryl thought as he started turning the winch of the well and the bucket connected to it started lowering down

He was turning the winch with his right hand as his left reached to touch his face, "oh my goodness, I have hardened mud and dirt on my face, this is gonna take so long", he said as he touched his face, he continued fetching some water, and after a few minutes later he finally got enough water on his bucket, he dragged the bucket filled with water to a shower room and took a bath

Time skip after the bath

Darryl face palmed then said in his thoughts", Oh my goodness, you're a literal muffin head Darryl, you just forgot to bring clean clothes", he just sighed as he put on his dirty shorts, he didn't wear his shirt as it was so stinky, he got his soap and old clothes then started sprinting to his room,

He got in and closed the door he looked at the corner where a table with a pile of clothes placed on top of it, he took off his old shorts and changed into Zelk's old clothes, it was too big for him but he didn't mind though, "this feels good no more itching, nor stench" he thought,
Darryl then went out of his room as he saw the sky starting to become a light blue hue, as he started walking out of the workers sleeping quarters he was faced with a few maids who smiled towards him, so he returned the favor and smiled as well, Zelk then came to him and smiled brightly then said, "Hey Darryl good morning, you can now wake Prince Zak tell him the Queen requested his presence in the dining room",

Zelk then looked Darryl up and down then, felt a bit surprised that the dirty and ugly brunette from yesterday was adorably cute, he held a smile then started ruffling Darryl's hair, "I never knew you were so cute Darryl", he said as he pinched Darryl's cheeks he was scrawny so there wasn't much to pinch, Darryl was a little embarrassed but muttered a"thank you*giggled*", Zelk then replied," ok I already told you where Zak's room is so, go on now", then Zelk left

Darryl smiled as he was now gaining a friend but then frowned a bit as he remembered George, "I hope you're ok Georgie", he then pressed his lips together then sighed as he went to Zak's room, he saw a lot of family portraits that consists of the past royals of which were the current royal's ancestors, he smiled as he saw Zak's family portrait as the people adore them

After a few more twists and turns through the hallway, he finally arrived at Zak's room, he knocked two times then came in and saw Zak peacefully asleep he was drooling, "Good Morning Prince Zak, The Queen is requesting your presence for breakfast", Darryl said in a sweet but formal tone, Zak opened his eyes then squinted his eyes to the brunette, he wondered who the brunette was as he didn't recognize him, "who are you *yawn* again?", Zak said as he was getting out of bed, "oh I'm Darryl", Darryl replied

Zak aggressively rubbed his eyes as he couldn't believe, it the brunette from yesterday was adorable, but shook his head then thought, "you're not gay, NO! NO! NO!, you're not gay", Zak smirked and sighed he then asked with a cocky tone," what day is it again?", Darryl thought for a moment then remembered Zelk told him that's yesterday was Thursday then replied, "Uhm it's Friday today your highness, Zak smirked as it was Laundry day," ok do the laundry make sure to make it clean and finish it or no breakfast",
