It had been quite a while since the two girls met. They had become very good friends, but there was a certain feeling beyond just friendship between the two.

Y/N had opened up, she had more freedom to show her emotions, but she still did not speak or tell about her past.

Alicia noticed certain strange attitudes and behaviors in the minor, especially when they were in small places, the Y/C/E preferred to do others to tasks in the camp.

As for certain missions, where they had to go to small places to look for supplies, Alicia would go alone or with anyone else.

Today, however, both of them went out together, Y/N was in front, she liked to attack first and protect the green-eyed girl from whatever she will cross them.

"Look Y/N/N there are two deposits over there, let's see" the Y/C/H nodded, moving on. "You go to that one and I to this one, okay?" She again she received a nod.

The youngest went slowly, she saw the place, there were no walkers, but if it was quite narrow and her body was frozen by that fact, she no longer liked it.

The girl turned quickly and went to check the entrance, turned the handle several times and could not open it. Her desperation grew and she started pounding on the door. Unpleasant memories returned to her mind...

"You stay here, I will come here later, you have been a bad girl and you will have a punishment" the man walked away closing the door of that small basement.

"Dad, let me out! I don't want to be here anymore, please!" The little girl was pounding on the door and tears were running down her cheeks.

Her mother had died and her father fell into madness, he began to leave her for hours, sometimes days in the basement of the house without food and receiving physical 'punishments' for which a girl is not prepared.

The beast beat her almost unconscious and abused her, touched her body indecently. She knew that was wrong from talks her mother had given her when she was very young.

She was in that situation since she was 8 years old until just when the zombie wave started. Her father was about to take her to another place when it all started, but she managed to escape from him when at one point a walker bit him allowing him to escape.

She lost her speech and began to feel claustrophobic due to her trauma. She was alone until she saw that green-eyed girl who saved her from loneliness.

She felt like she couldn't breathe, the knocks on the door were getting louder, she wanted Alicia to save her -Please get me out of here.-

"Get me out of here! Please! Alicia! Help me!" She was already in complete despair, tears were streaming down her face. When she heard footsteps outside her heart began to beat fast.

"Y/N, here I am, I'll get you out right away!" The brunette tried to reassure her.

After a while the entrance opened and in front of her was Alicia. The Y/C/E ran into her arms, and her crying got out of hand.

"T-Thank you..." Was the only thing she said, she pulled the other girl closer, Alicia hugged her too.

"Are you feeling better? Are we going Y/N/N?" The younger one nodded, her face still on the green-eyed girl's neck.

They both held hands and left that horrendous place. The older one sent her a smile and a comforting squeeze on the Y/C/H's hand, she's got a little red, and she smiled broadly at her. She was happy to have that green-eyed girl by her side.

Although Y/N knew she owed Alicia an explanation after all.
