Sherlock stretches his arms and yawns. He turns to see William looking at him with a small grin.
"Being good-looking must be tiring, Sherly," he says, wanting a reaction from the dear detective.
Sherlock chuckles and looks at his darling with a flirtatious look.
"Perhaps that's why you are tired~"
"H-huh?"
"Why are you so surprised? Don't you look at the mirror every morning? Or did you need a reminder?"
"Oh, stop it."
