"Hi, Nikki, what's up?"

"Hi, dear, I was wondering if you would like to go out to eat with me or go shopping? With the wedding being a month away, we're so busy and haven't spent any time together"

"Oh, of course, Nikki, I would love to"

"Brilliant, I'll pick you up in half an hour if that's okay"

"Yeah, that'll be great, see you then, Nikki"

"Bye, dear"

I hung up the phone and quickly ran to my closet and started to look through my clothes, I wasn't looking for anything too fancy, something casual which turned out to be black high waisted jeans, a white crop top with an oversized check shirt, I quickly did my hair and my makeup which was a natural look

I put on my shoes got my phone and my purse and headed downstairs to the living room where I saw Tom sitting on the couch with a sleeping Bella in his arms, he turned his head towards me

"Whoa, you're looking extra beautiful today," Tom said as he stared at me and smiled

"Thank you" I blushed as I sat down beside him

"Where are you going?"

"I'm spending the day out with your mum, it's been so long since we've had time together because of the wedding plans, so she called me and asked," I said

"That's cute, it's nice you two are making time to spend with each other"

"Yeah, and besides I miss just having one on one time with Nikki", I said, Tom stared at me and smiled "
What?"

"It just makes me so happy that you're so close with everyone in my family, especially Mum, you know I never told you this, but when we were younger she told me that you and I always had some sort of connection, that even if we were miles apart, we would always find our way back to each other, at first, I thought she was being ridiculous but then I realised she was right"

I smiled lovingly at Tom "God I can't wait to marry you"

"Me too" Tom kissed my cheek, just then my phone vibrates and I check to see that I got a text from Nikki saying she was outside

"She's waiting outside," I said as I stood up from the couch, I look at Bella who is still sleeping in Tom's arms "you want me to take her to bed before I go?"

"Uh, no it's all good, I got her, you go have fun with Mum" he smiled, I quickly peck his lips and kiss Bella's forehead before going out the door and seeing Nikki parked in the driveway, I entered her car and gave her a warm hug

"Okay, dear, so today, I was thinking we could do something different, the boys are out with Dom and our attic needs a bit of spring cleaning, I've got some old baby clothes and furniture that I wanna give to charity and I was hoping you would help me if you don't mind"

"Of course, Nikki," I smiled, she nodded and started to reverse out of the driveway and drove to the Holland residents

I pushed open the trapdoor of the attic, peeked through and saw the small room, it was a room that had a little old bed, Tom and I used to come up here, it was like our hideout, but now it was just filled with a bunch of boxes, I guess the Hollands now replaced it for a storage room but the bed was still there

"Wow, it's been a while since I've been in here," I said as I fully pushed open the door and climbed in

"I know dear," Nikki replied as she climbed in after me

I looked around the room and I was immediately hit with so many memories

"Hey," Tom said, peeking his head through as he pushed the trap door open and climbed inside
