The three childhood friends, who met 23 years ago as their mothers gave birth to them a few days apart in the same town, have their fates tied together when they came back to their hometown, only to leave with a life-altering secret. A few years later, they all see each other in London, and their secret is more than before exposed.
Leah Williamson

Born in a rather rich family, she is the older sibling of two. Currently following a Masters in Psychology, Leah has suffered from depression and anxiety after the loss of her mother in a car crash she was in.
Her personality is likeable, as she is very calm and reasonable, but nonetheless passionate about what (or who) interests her the most.

After coming to England to live with her aunt in the small town of Saint Ives, Alexia suffered the painful loss of her twin sister, Maria (or more commonly called Mapi) following a robbery gone wrong, which got her to join the police and famously arrest her sister's murderer.
She is cold and stubborn, and never backing up from a fight - even when she knows the people in front of her have more power.

Only child and an orphan, Ingrid was brought to England in her 18th birthday, only to opt out of the system and try and live on her own. She managed to graduate from university despite her three jobs to survive, and is now looking for a job in journalism.
Seemingly cold and distant, Ingrid has trouble expressing her thoughts and feelings - which she never was allowed to have her entire life.

FLASHBACK
Her hands full of blood, Leah gasps.
"Help me out, please" Alexia orders, out of breath.
While Leah couldn't move anymore, she just watches as Ingrid helps grabbing the dead person's feet, as both her and Alexia lift it with difficulty, before dropping it in the hole they've spent hours to dig.
Setting her jaw, Alexia just says:
"After tonight, we are not allowed to talk about it anymore. We will pack our bags and leave the city, and never come back."
