Timeline for Participants
❖ WINTER 2022
      • Applications for participants and judges are released on December 1st
      • All judges are needed by January 20th
      • Applications for participants are accepted until January 20th
      • Judging needs to be done by February 20th
      • Results come out on February 28th
❖ SPRING 2022
      • Applications for participants and judges are released on March 1st
      • All judges are needed by April 20th
      • Applications for participants are accepted until April 20th
      • Judging needs to be done by May 20th
      • Results come out on May 31st
❖ SUMMER 2022
      • Applications for participants and judges are released on June 1st
      • All judges are needed by July 20th
      • Applications for participants are accepted until July 20th
      • Judging needs to be done by August 20th
      • Results come out on August 31st
❖ FALL 2022
      • Applications for participants and judges are released on September 1st
      • All judges are needed by October 20th
      • Applications for participants are accepted until October 20th
      • Judging needs to be done by November 20th
      • Results come out on November 30th

      • Judging officially starts on January 20th
      • Four out of six books need to be scored by February 10th
      • The other two books need to be scored by February 20th
      • All feedback needs to be commented by February 20th
❖ SPRING 2022
      • Judging officially starts on April 20th
      • Four out of six books need to be scored by May 10th
      • The other two books need to be scored by May 20th
      • All feedback needs to be commented by May 20th
❖ SUMMER 2022
      • Judging officially starts on July 20th
      • Four out of six books need to be scored by August 10th
      • The other two books need to be scored by August 20th
      • All feedback needs to be commented by August 20th
❖ FALL 2022
      • Judging officially starts on October 20th
      • Four out of six books need to be scored by November 10th
      • The other two books need to be scored by November 20th
