Chapter 19

-Hee Young POV-

"No ma'm. The party is next week. Not tomorrow," I explained to the old lady on the phone.

"O-oh, but I can come tomorrow if you would like," She said.

"Ma'm we would like it if you could come next week, not tomorrow," I repeated for what seemed like the tenth time.

"Oh alright. A-and what time tomorrow, dear?"

I put my head in my hands.

"The party isn't tomorrow, ma'm," I said, trying not to sound irritated.

"I understand it is tomorrow, dear. What time?"

"The party is Friday next week at six!" I raised my voice slightly

"Tomorrow at six, got it."

She hung up. I dropped my head onto my desk with a groan. Half of the people on the guest list were old. I have been on the phone with that lady for 15 minutes trying to explain to her that the party was next week.

"Having trouble?"

I lifted my head and saw Sun Hi standing at the door with her arms crossed.

"She thinks the party is tomorrow at six. I repeated it so many times!"

"Mrs. Lee has trouble hearing, you know," She pointed out the obvious.

"Yes, I understand-"

"She has worked in this business since day one. You better call her back and tell her the right date. Manager Choi will be upset if she doesn't show up~"

With that said, Sun Hi left. I made a face the picked up the phone. I dialed Mrs. Lee's number and waited for her to answer.

"Hello, Mrs. Lee?" I made sure that my voice was loud and clear

"One medium hot chocolate please~" I ordered taking out my wallet

"Hey Buttercup! Long time no see."

I looked up, "Oh hey Eric! Sorry, I have been really busy lately."

"It's alright. Let me go get you that hot chocolate."

I smiled and nodded. Eric came back with my drink.

"Her you go~"

I took the cup and handed him the money.

"Thank you!"

"No problem Buttercup. Come again soon!"

I started walking the rest of the way home.

"I'm home~"

I took my shoes off and went into the kitchen.

"Hello Hee Young. Are you hungry?"

"I just had a cup of hot chocolate, so I'm not really hungry."

"Ah okay then. If you get hungry, just let me know," Mrs. Min smiled.

"Will do!"

I walked upstairs to my room.

"I'm so tired~" I sighed falling onto my bed, "a shower sounds good."

I grabbed my clothes from my closet and proceeded to the bathroom.

MEANWHILE

Yoongi and Myung Hee had just finished watching a movie at the theater.
