Season 1

Callie's P.O.V

Today I just found out that I was assigned a new team and one of the members would be my owner as well. His name was Gibbs. The only downside I could tell was that he didn't know it. I just hope he's nice to me. Oh, where's my manners! I'm Callie, a one year old German Shepherd that's trained in drug finding, sensing guns and/or knives, witness protection, chasing a suspect down, tracking, bomb sniffing, and guarding people and objects. Now that our introduction is out of the way, let's continue with my story. "Callie. Attention." One of the people who takes care of ordered and I immediately stood at attention. "Director Vance meet Callie." One of my caretakers introduced and told this Director Vance what all I'm trained in. "She's perfect. Is she fixed?" Director Vance asked. What? "No. Is that an issue?" The caretaker asked concerned. Vance smiled. "Not at all. When can I leave with her?" Vance replied. "Today if you want." And that's how I ended up in a black car on the way to meet my new team and new owner.

Third person P.O.V

Once Vance pulled up to Jethro Gibbs house and parked his car, he got out and hooked Callie on her leash he was given and they walked inside. "Gibbs! Come here!" Vance called when he got out the car with Callie. "What's going on?" Gibbs asked meeting Vance halfway. "Meet Agent Callie. She's your new team member and you're her new owner." Vance replied. Gibbs stared at the director. "What? We don't need a new team member. Especially not a dog." Gibbs said and Callie growled a little before giving him a stare that rivaled his own. Gibbs and Callie stared each other down, seeing who would break first. Vance was the who broke their attention from each other. "Well you don't have a choice. I didn't either you know. So I suggest you suck it up and get to know Callie. Here's her file and everything she's trained in. That's an order." Vance said before giving the leash to Gibbs and leaving. Gibbs sighed and looked at Callie who was sitting at attention with a smug look. "Don't look so smug." Gibbs said before walking inside his house with Callie behind him and with her file in one hand and her leash in the other. Sitting down on his couch he saw Callie just standing there. "We'll come on. Sit." He said and Callie sat beside Gibbs' feet immediately. 'She really is very obedient.' Gibbs thought to himself before opening her file and reading it with his glasses. And let me tell you, Gibbs was impressed. Just as he finished reading Callie's file, his phone began to ring. "Yeah, Gibbs." He answered. After hearing about a dead Marine on Air Force One, Gibbs told whoever was on the phone to hold the body. "Tell Ducky. He's friends with the coroner. I'll be there soon with our newest agent." With that Gibbs hung up the phone and looked at Callie. "Alright. Let's hear up. It's your first case with us." Gibbs said and after he geared up, Gibbs did the same for Callie. This is her gear:

After Callie was geared up, they walked out the door together and Gibbs helped Callie in the passenger side before getting in his seat and they left to meet Tony at the airport. "You know, you're a really good dog so far. Don't screw up." Gibbs complimented Callie in his own way, making Callie smile proudly and gave a proud bark that Gibbs chuckled at. Although Callie had just joined the team and had just became part of Gibbs life, he was already attached to Callie. Not that he would admit it out loud yet. But Callie could tell. And Callie was already loving Gibbs and vowed to always protect him and be there for him forever. And the rest of the team, but Gibbs came first in Callie's mind.
