The regret came immediately after Y/n's arms bristled due to the cruel cold that lashed the outskirts of the castle, despite the cold, the thought of going back for a sweater never crossed her mind. It was exactly 4:32 in the morning, she was 28 minutes earlier than agreed, but she couldn't sleep, so she didn't see why she shouldn't arrive earlier, otherwise Mina or one of the other girls would probably accompany her and what she least wanted was her company.

In the distance, she could see a blue circle that glowed dimly "You couldn't sleep either, Vega?"  Y/n turned startled meeting the bright eyes of Sana, she looked kinda tired, she even had dark circles under her eyes, she didn't even know that vampires could get dark circles

She answered her question with another one "What is that?"  Y/n asked pointing to the glowing blue circle

"Oh, that? It's the portal that will take us to the Myoui mansion" Sana answered simply as if it was the most normal thing in the world

"Are we going to travel through a portal?"  Y/n asked in disbelief of the very words of hers, she never thought that she would ask such a thing.

"Yes, come with me, I'll show you..." Sana said walking towards the circle with Y/n behind her. When they were in front of the circle, Y/n could notice that around it there were strange symbols that travel around the circle "Do you like blue?" Sana asked her

"I prefer gold" Y/n replied and instantly the circle was dyed bright gold, and in the center of it appeared a phrase "Better, Vega?"  Y/n smiled involuntarily, and the sentence changed "I had forgotten how much I missed that" Y/n looked away embarrassed "W-what do you think Mina's fath... your father wants?"  She asked

"It's alright, I don't even consider him a father... he probably wants to help us make our case in court" Sana explained with a shrug

"Why help us all?"  Y/n asked curious

"The Myoui family is one of the most respected families in the world, crossing a border, fighting with werewolves, as well as involving a human is not something that is well seen, so we have to clear the name of the family to any cost" Sana replied

"Aren't you afraid to see him after so many years?"  Y/n remembered that Sana told that her father killed her mother

"No, I don't even think he has an interest in me anymore, he stopped looking for me a long time ago"

"Clearly, the fucking snake was the one who stole Y/n from her bed" The complaint came unmistakably from Nayeon, they both turned to see Nayeon and Mina walking towards them

"Sana didn't steal me, I couldn't sleep and I wanted to be here early" Y/n replied

Y/n's arms suddenly warmed up, Mina was putting her own jacket on her "I saw when you left the room, at least wrap up warm the next time" Mina said delicately zipping up

"We should go, we shouldn't make him mad" Sana said making Y/n move away from Mina

"Ugh... I can't believe we have to travel through a portal, you know how much I hate that stuff" Nayeon was quick to complain

"I-is it dangerous?"  Y/n asked looking at the golden circle

"It's not d-"

"Ha! You will fall through a void that will feel endless while you feel like all your strangers go out, to fall suddenly into a hard-" Nayeon couldn't finish her sentence because Sana and Mina kicked her inside the portal making her disappear
