Chapter eight: Theres good in all evil

When I woke up, time must've stopped, because it looked like I was out for seconds.

Above me was a boy with worried eyes. "Why'd you do that?" He sounded worried and angry.

"I'm sorry." I whimpered. He pulled me in for a hug. "Don't do that again." He scolded me.

"I'm sorry, Hanzo." I said.

((AN: just kidding!! Let's try that sentence again lol!))

"I'm sorry, Maou." I whispered. He helped me up and looked into my eyes.

My face grew hot. "Don't do that!" I said, embarrased. "What?" He asked, playing dumb.

"D-don't stare in my eyes." I stuttered. "Why? You have pretty eyes." He said.

"Gah." I choked and my face turned tomato red. "What? I can't stay that you're pretty?" He asked.

"You're really straightforward." I said. "It's true." He countered.

"How can you say that with such a straight face..." I said. "Truth is better than lies." He said.

"Well-ah..." I sighed, looking up at him. "Thanks?" I said, but it came out more of a question.

"You're welcome." He said. He began to walk away and i sighed, turning away as well.

"Isha!" I heard him yell.

I turned in curiosity before I felt warms lips on my forehead.

"Yeah. So, bye." He said and ran off. "I...gah...wha...wha..." I stood there, dumbfounded.

My heart was beating really fast and I couldn't move.

"Did he just DO that?!" I heard someone say from behind me.
