Most of the time he wins but he was losing somehow.

As Dream and Sapnap land another punch, Wilbur passes out and they left him there to bleed out in a dark allyway.
And that was Schlatt's time to shine. _____________
Schlatt had been stalking Wilbur for almost a year and decided that he should do what needed to be done, he just needed the perfect time to do so and Dream and Sapnap made it very easy for him.
Being a stalker doesn't really get you that buff or be a bit stronger so he just waits for the time that Wilbur underestimates his enemies.
Schlatt's really nervous, driving while having an unconscious body in his car.
