Kaeya yawned, stretching his arms while he sat up. his back leaving the comfort of his bed.
"GOOD MORNINGG PAPAAAA" a kid who looked exactly like him barged into the room, running towards him. He chuckled "oh my what seems to be the occasion that made you so energetic so early in the morning" he said, placing his daughter on his lap hugging her.
"EHHHHHH??? did you bump your head or maybe it's because you aren't wearing your eye patch so you forgot what today is..? Wait here papa I'm gonna get your eyepatch"
His daughter was ready to jump off the bed when you entered the room "happy birthday darling" you kissed his head.
His eyes widen "oh right-" your daughter laughed, pinching her dad cheeks aggressively "I demand you to not forget your birthday ever again!" she said trying to make her voice deeper
Kaeya laughed "wahh I'm so scared ~" he played along pampering his daughter with kisses, hugging her tightly
"Alright let's go eat you two, the food will turn cold any minute now," you said kissing them both, walking out of the room.
"okay mama! Papapa let's gooo mama baked you a cake!"
Kaeya couldn't help but smile, he never imagined that he would be able to experience this kind of love.. And yet here he is. He couldn't be more thankful to you who's been there from the start.
"if you keep treating me like this I might never fall out of love for you" he flirted sitting on the table, his hair still messy
"is that so? How unfortunate for you my love" you flirted back sitting in front of him
