This is a HXH x MHA storyline/backstory :
Gon and Killua had split up they were 13. (They will be 16/17 in the next chapter) Killua did not have Alluka with him, Instead he was going to save her. Killua used one of the greed island cards he kept to heal Gon. But when he was heading Kukuroo Mountain to save her he was attacked by a bad-guy with a strange power. That power had teleported him to MHA. Killua was soon adopted by Inko Midoriya and he changed his looks and personality.
Soon after Gon parted ways with his father Ging he had returned back to Whale Tale island. About three years later, Aunt Mito has been suffering from a sickness and died. Gon was very sad a depressed. Gon decided he was going to take his life by jumping in front of a train but instead, somehow he was teleported into the MHA world. He was found on the ground unconcious by some villans. The vilians had taken Gon and had been experimenting on him to make a quirk booster drug. Soon after some heros saved Gon and took him to the U.A hospital to help him recover. (The next part is where it continues)
