So, this OC is from a dream I had last night. She had this exact hairstyle, but in the dream, she had a white dress, and didn't wear any shoes.
Also, she was another Ghostly Hollow resident, and in the dream, her eyes were huge black dot eyes.
I haven't come up with a name for her yet, though... Any ideas? Since she's from Ghostly Hollow, it has to be related to ghosts.
