"Help me Eren, this trees so heavy!" I struggle to carry the tree in the apartment
This year we had to have the biggest and most beautiful one, since everyone was going to be at our place to open presents and eat
Eren ran toward me grabbing the tree from my hands, "go get the ornaments and stuff, I'll get the tree up" He orders
We got a real tree, which was going to be some work, considering how much you have to constantly feed those greedy ass trees
Once I got to the car I grabbed all 10 bags, five on each hand
"Hey there little lady, need some help" A guy with a raspy voice asks from behind me
I quickly lock the car doors, shifting toward the light of the apartment building, "No thank you!" I said before disappearing
I rush in the elevator quickly trying to get back to my man.
Eren opens the door as soon as I got there, I sat the bags down on the couch before walking toward him, I threw my arms around his neck before giving him a kiss on the cheek
"baby... this tree is lopsided" I joke before pulling away
He runs his fingers through his hair before letting out a loud sigh, I just laugh before getting down to fix it myself
It took a good 30 minutes to get the tree standing straight "okay all done" I fell back on the floor trying to relax
"Get up lets take a shower, then do the matching onesies" Eren threw his hand down to me
I grab it then he lifts me up.
The two of us took a hot shower, and I washed Erens hair, I always enjoyed doing that, his hair was always so fun to play in
"You're so pretty" Eren randomly told me while we got dressed
He makes me blush when he talks like that, being told you look good out of nowhere by the person you love is the greatest feeling
"We look so cute!" I scream before pulling him beside me
I took a few pictures of us kissing, and being together with the matching pjs
"Okay, lets start on this tree" I say with excitement
The two of us decorate the tree while playing christmas music
Singing and humming the songs we loved the most, "Walking in a winter wonderland" I sung standing on my tippy toes to put a ornament up
I was constantly taking breaks in between to decide if i even liked the theme
"I like it!" I confirm before taking a sip of water
Eren didn't state his opinion, he claims you can never judge something until you're staring at the complete version of it
Our tree was themed with the colors "gold,rose gold, and white" and so far just with it being 20% done, the tree was gorgeous

Tired from working on the tree for three hours, finally I plug the lights up watching as the tree lit up
"Its beautiful" I say tiredly
I look toward the couch waiting for a comment from Eren but there he was peacefully sleeping, "Aww, Eren come on lets get in bed" I shake him around a bit
He wouldn't budge at all
I bring a cover from our bed laying it over him before leaving a kiss on his forehead
I didn't want to sleep alone, but I knew he was tired and so was I so I let him sleep where he was
Laying in the bed I thought about how the year was almost about to be over, and how me and Eren have had the longest relationship i've ever had
I always listened to "All I Want For Christmas Is You", but this is the first year I genuinely felt that way about someone
"Just couldn't sleep without me huh?" I turn to see Eren walking in the room
He threw the cover over my head before sliding in bed beside me, he wraps his arms around me pulling me closer
I push the cover off my head laughing before he cut it short with a kiss
"I love you so much, and the tree, its amazing" He tells me while holding me tightly
I smile, glad that he likes how the tree turned out
"Come on lets get some sleep, I know you're tired after working so hard" he whispers to me
Taking his advice I lay my head on his chest, slowly closing my eyes
"I love you" We both said at the same time
Honestly for the first time in a while
I actually liked my present
