Shivaay's POV:

No doubt that she looks so cute while sleeping. I hope I would've proposed my Ani instead of Mallika. But it's okay now she's with me and that's enough. This day a year ago was so drastic huh

Flashback:

As soon as Kalyani and Pinky arrived at Oberoi Mansion everybody get so tensed thinking what they did in Singhania house.

T: maa wo ladki mil gayi?

K: nahi Tej bhag ke Shaadi kar li usne

S: dadi what are you saying!

K: I'm saying the truth only. You've chosen the wrong girl my son.

O: now?

P: whatever happens let's forget it, he will still marry.

S: I can't. Mallika ran away so how could I?

P: puttar we've already fixed your alliance, with Annika

S: what! Seriously!

Sh: no problem you did right Pinky moreover It's Singhania's daughter only so what's the problem.

S: problem is the girl! She's not Mallika dad.

Ja: it's about the reputation of our family Shivaay and you've to listen.

O: but why did Annika agreed to marry?

Pinky and Kalyani narrated how they fixed Shivaay and Annika's marriage. Among all of them it was Shivaay who was upset.....for his family's reputation he cannot destroy the dream of someone. He remember how Annika said that she wants to do job after marriage and he also know that his family will never agree.

S: I can't do this, I can't snatch her happiness.

T: if a girl can marry to save her family's reputation then why cannot you?

S: ok I'm ready to marry.

Shivaay agreed to marry her. Till yesterday they didn't even talked properly and now the change in events are going to get them marry. He always tried to be the perfect son for the family and now he's scared what if something wrong happens again. At night he called Annika.

In call:

A: hello who is this?

S: Annika it's me Shivaay

A: now what do you want (sternly)

S: I'm sorry if I disturbed you actually I called you to say sorry

A: sorry for sending your mother and grandmother to fix my alliance with you? I already told you about Mallika's condition Shivaay then why didn't you broke the alliance?

S: I'm sorry I know you're not wrong but please trust me I didn't sent any alliance even I got to know now.

A: fine

S: so you're ready for this marriage na?

A: yes

S: Annika please hear my one request.....please don't run away like Mallika I'm requesting you please don't.... orelse my family's reputation will come at stake again please don't. I also promise that I'll keep you happy and won't even say Mallika's name but please don't run away like her

Writer's POV: As soon as these words entered on her ears she felt a sudden pang on her heart. She knew that Shivaay is not at fault, it's all because of her sister and his mother and grandmother. She didn't wanted to go to that house knowing how will they treat her but as far as she knew Shivaay till now he is enough understanding and brave to take stand for her. Yes, she trusted him. She composed herself and calmed down to answer him. 

A: cool down cool down.....don't worry I won't run away. I'll not let anybody down. You don't need to request me

S: thankyou so much Annika

A: but you've to promise me that no matter what happen you'll always protect me & my reputation, you'll take stand for me and you'll respect me & my opinion.

S: I promise I promise..... I swear on god.

A: ok then let's meet tomorrow. Goodnight

S: goodnight Annika.

Keeping the phone aside, Shivaay took a deep breathe and sigh in relief knowing Annika isn't gonna leave him at the middle. His trance was broken by the voice of Omkara.

O: Shivaay are you sure about your decision?

S: yes Om. I loved Mallika she could have told me everything but she ran away

O: Shivaay..... don't forget that Annika told you everything yesterday.

S: but nobody knew that she will ran away. She even got married.

O: brother will you do a favor for me?

S: speak up Om

O: you remember how Annika said that she have so expectations and dreams to fulfill before marriage and she wants to do job?

S: yes

O: try to fulfill her that dream. You know why I'm saying

S: don't worry, I'll not let her down. She will always follow her dreams. She will never hear our family's taunts.

O: you guys should shift somewhere

S: if it's needed then we will for sure. But how will mom dad bade papa badi maa, you and dadi will live

O: don't worry about me and elders huh...if they've to chose between their children and luxury they will chose their luxury for sure.

S: but they're family Om

O: you've lived your life enough as the son of the Oberois, as Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Try to live your life as Shivaay, in Annika's case don't think like elder son of the Oberois, think like Annika's husband and decide what's right what's wrong.

S: I won't let her down.... I'll try to make this marriage work.

O: I'm very proud of you my brother. Now take rest tomorrow is your marriage. Good night

S: good night.

Both brothers went at their respective rooms and slept in their own thoughts. The next day, their marriage day arrived. The whole Oberoi family reached at the venue. All of them greeted each other, not a single person was bothered about Mallika.

Shivaay sat on the mandap and the priest called the groom. Shivaay looked forward and saw Annika looking so elegant and alluring in the wedding attire. He was lost in her but her eyes were saying that she's not happy....how could she when things took turn 180° in her life. Annika sat beside Shivaay and priest chanted the mantras. They stood up to take the 7 rounds.....with each round both of them repeated the promise which panditji were saying. He filled her hairline with vermillion and tied nuptial chain in her neck. Finally they are declared as husband and wife. She seems emotionless that time but everyone was happy very happy. They took the blessing from the elders then Annika's bidai was done and they left for Oberoi Mansion.

Flashback ends:

She was looking like a greek goddess, somewhere I was happy.......why not when the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my life is my wife now actually. She also got up from sleep.

A: Shivaay what's the time?

Me: it's 4PM. Had a good sleep?

A: hmm

Me: shall we go somewhere? Like restaurant or a long drive?

A: no stay here with me like this. Because of our office works we don't get much time to spend together.

Me: accha my wifey wants to stay like this only?

A: Shivaay please

Me: what please

A: I'm feeling shy you know what

Me: nope until you say it by yourself.

A: please don't tease me. I want you now.

Me: as my baby say.
