AMAZING IMPRISONMENT

I have been in prison for twenty-two years,
each day I wake up
between beaches and hotels,
I walk the wild street
in front of the market,
                                  from time to time
I travel through the insularity,
                                         I rest,
no one retraces the room
and from the edge of the bed
I wait for my parole.
