Moving on from the darkness [2021 ver.]

3) Welcome to the Tropical Soda Islands!!!

Just a thing I'll say before this chapter begins is that a little bit of MangoSorbet (Mango x Sorbet Shark) will be involved in this chapter I hope you enjoy!

"Hey Popping Candy? Parfait?" Crepe tapped on both of their shoulders, Crepe was fidgeting with their hands and Snow Sugar found it absolutely adorable since they were giggling with happiness from the sight

"Yes what is it Crepe?" Parfait asked, it seemed she was getting ready for her next live stream since she looked completely different to the way Crepe first saw her, she was now wearing bright blue contacts which made her eyes shine, a bunch of toppings in her hair and her tone had somewhat changed to be a bit more excitable.

"Me, Sorbet Shark and Snow Sugar are heading out to the Tropical Soda Islands!" Crepe exclaimed, Snow Sugar was extremely excited to meet this new cookie they were smiling even more than usual

Sorbet Shark was slightly nervous, bad thoughts came rushing in and out of their head and their heart was going somewhat faster than usual. Sorbet kept on trying to distract themself but nothing seemed to be working for the poor shark.

Meanwhile Crepe was actually somewhat worried. Not for meeting the new cookie they were fine with that but rather the fact that they realised they were most likely going to have to take a canoe ride. Crepe absolutely hates canoe rides they bored the young engineer so much, So much to the point where they will end up punching random objects to entertain themself but since their new siblings told them that wasn't the best idea that they didn't know what to do with themself

Hopefully Snow Sugar will at least talk to Crepe and try to distract them, whenever those two talk Crepe's worries always seem to melt away, Snow Sugar's voice was always so soft and sweet sounding sometimes it even sent Crepe to sleep which Snow Sugar didn't mind

"Oh there?" Popping Candy asked the trio "Me and my sister have been there once, their tour guide is extremely friendly but he's also very talkative, he can go onnnnn and onnnnn rambling about his stories Crepe just please don't hurt him ok?" Popping Candy was worried Crepe was going to get irritated at the tour guide and start lashing out at him.

Hearing Popping Candy's words sorta calmed Sorbet down a little but not fully, the first and last time this cookie saw Sorbet, they were in shark form and not cookie form so hopefully things won't be too hard for them. Nobody ever seemed to find their cookie form intimidating on the other hand the residents actually found them extremely adorable to the point they'd get headpats from them often which the shark loved it made them really happy.

"Wait just a question before we go?" Snow Sugar looked up at Parfait and Popping Candy, eyes fulled with concern for Sorbet. "Is the tour guide afraid of sharks?" the siblings knew exactly why they asked that question

"Well yeah he is very afraid of sharks but if you're on about Sorbet they're nowhere near scary I think he'll be fine with them." Parfait answered hoping to make Sorbet feel a little better she pat Snow Sugar's head and waved them all goodbye "Stay safe everyone!" she said beaming.

They all waved goodbye to her and Popping Candy and so began their journey to the Tropical Soda Islands! It wasn't actually too far from where they lived just a few minutes to get there which made Sorbet tense up from nervousness but nobody had noticed the change in their behavior unfortunately.

"Crepe! I'm so excited!!! I can't wait to meet someone new!" Snow Sugar was full of energy, since they were holding Crepe's hand and were moving rather fast Sorbet couldn't keep up with them both

They weren't the fastest runner, the running was starting to make them feel very dizzy and tired "oO0o... 0oO0oO..." they sighed running out of breath, their legs were extremely shaky and they ended up falling over
