2 years ago, the "Great Shift" has affected billions of people all around the world, many people have shifted into different gender, races, shifted with a person all accross the globe and so on. Some get lucky by hit jackpots with their new bodies (shifted with an attractive person) or by just being unnaffected by the great ship, some have it really difficult (shifted with an elder, diffable, a person with desease, etc).
One of the lucky one was Kevin (26), he is unaffected by the great shift and stay as he is. He's now looking for a new job just accepted in a really bonafide company as a manager. As the HRD was guiding him through the office tour, a really gorgeous woman catch his eyes. He then asked the HRD who the beautiful woman is.
"Excuse me Ma'am, sorry, but could you please tell me who is that beautiful woman there, in the meeting room?"

"Oh, you mean our finance director? Ms. Thea, Thea Bernice. We'll get there as well, she's your direct supervisor tho" the HRD answered him
"So her name's Thea, and she is our finance director? for real? she still looks like... in her 20's? maybe... and already became a finance director. She must be acquaintances of the higher ups!" Kevin reacted to the HRD answers
"Damn nepotism" he continued in his wishpers
"Watch your languange, she's the most loyal person to the company that I know, she's been working here 15 years with no promotion and stays at the staff levels. She's been here even before I started to work in this company" The HRD said
"15 years? what do you mean? she still looks so young? I dunno maybe she still ..." Kevin answered then interrupted by the HRD
" 20 years old??" The HRD Interrupted
"Yes, biologically she's still 22"
"You know great shift thingies that hit all around the world?" the HRD continued
"So, she is..." Kevin stammered
"The victim, yes" The HRD continued kevin's sentences
"She was a middle aged guy named Michael before the great shift happens, he was 40 years old I guess. he's been working here for so long and never get into the top management even though his performances were great! I think it's his looks, you know obesity and stuffs, the higher ups don't like it."
"Then the great shift hits, he shifted with a 20 years old girl named Thea Bernice. Can't accept the fact that her husband turn into a girl, His wife divorced with him. Poor Michael... at least he still have the custody of his kid. So, life goes on, he.. I mean, she assumed the name of Thea Bernice to respect the former owner of her body, she get back to work, the higher ups like her new appearances and her career was sky-rocketing ever since the great shift"
"All right enough chit-chats, I already introduced you to the team, now let's get to her, Ms. Thea" The HRD said
"Excuse me, Ms. Thea, mind if I come in?" the HRD Said
"Yes, just come in dear" Ms. Thea replied

"Ooh.. you must be the new guy, yes?" Ms. Thea continued happily
"Hi, Ms. Thea, I'm Kevin, the new manager. Nice to meet you." Kevin said smiling
"Hi Kevin, nice to meet you as well." Ms. The replied
"And... thank you Ms. Jeanice for finally find me a manager, I have so many thing handled by myself ever since our last manager resigned" Ms. Thea said to HRD
"So, Mr. Kevin... welcome on board, hope you like it work in here *wink, Ms. Jeanice will show your desk" Ms. Thea said to kevin
