01: The Beginning from Death

"Y/n! Wake up or you're gonna be late to school!" You opened your eyes when your roommate, Clara shouted while hitting your face with a pillow

"Geez, okay okay I'm up!"

"You gotta stop reading those stories about your crush until dawn" she face palmed while getting your snacks ready

"You can't stop me... I can't even stop myself" you reasoned out before closing the bathroom door.

Y/n L/n, 18 years of age. Your parents are gone but somehow you managed to have a loyal friend who's always by your side through thick and thin. You're a student/ part timer on a cigarette shop near your school so after class, you go straight ahead to work and come home at night to do your tasks and ofcourse, read stories about your anime crush....Till dawn.

"I won't be back till 10 later.. I need to go overtime at work.." Clara informed when you got out of the bathroom

"It's the apartment's due next week huh..." You mumbled looking at the calendar while drying your hair

"Quit stalling! Get dressed and let's go!" You groaned when she threw you a notebook

"Oww, don't throw that... My poor baby" you caressed the sketch inside the notebook

"Eww, get a real man bro" she cringed at how you acted towards the drawing of your favorite anime character that made you pout

"Nope, I'm married to this man right here" you hugged the picture and she just scoffed at you

"Hurry up lazy ass" she spat before leaving the room to wait outside

You then went to wear your uniform and put your other uniform in your bag and happily skipped away after bidding goodbye to your fictional husband

"Can't wait to get home" you smiled while walking with Clara to school

"You just got out of the house- You're crazy... I don't even know why you're still my best friend" she shook her head in disbelief

"Because you're crazier" you answered back sticking your tongue out before running away

"Okay so how do we find out if this equation is needed----"

"I'm so bored" you whispered to yourself staring down at your lectures just to see doodles of your crush and it immediately made you smile

"Ms. L/n.. what's so funny?" Your least favorite professor called you out making the whole class turn their attention to you which you hate so bad

"Nothing maam.." you shut your mouth before looking down in embarrassment

"Get out of the room and stand outside"

You couldn't disagree so you just went and left to stand outside

For some reason you both hate each other she embarrass you in class and you kinda don't care about her class anymore yet you still get passing grades despite her trying to put you down

"Is this class A-1?" A guy in a hood asked you

"Yes... just knock and the Queen of hatred will let you come in" you answered boredly while staring at the wall clock

"Why are you out there?" He asked

"Because... I'm not in..." you unconsciously answered sarcastically

Still not looking at the guy beside you. He shrugged and went to knock three times before coming inside. After a few minutes, he went back out chuckling

You then looked at him and noticed his black piercing eyes like the same anime guy you're crushing on "W-what happened?" You asked when you realized he was kicked out as well
