11: Day Nine (Part 1)

"Are you sure about this Izana? That plan sounds like a bad one"

"Yeah! We can fight..."

Izana and Kakucho woke up early just to come and investigate in the building last night

"C'mon, don't wake them up"

The two walked out of the house tip toeing, they noticed Shinichiro's bike is missing but didn't think much about it since he usually stays till morning in the shop with Y/n

They sped up with their own bikes and parked right beside the building after seeing other bikes parked in front of it

"Hmm? I thought it was abandoned?" Kakucho asked as he walk inside with Izana

A few voices were heard nearby slowly approaching showing that they are not alone in the building

"Boss said we're having a meeting, but where is he?"

"He'll come around soon. Just like how he just appeared out of nowhere recruiting us."

Izana and Kakucho looked at each other after hearing the conversation. They were about to walk away when a familiar bright light almost blinded them from the open room

"He's here-" Izana ran to the open door just to see a weak confused girl sitting on the chair with a familiar book on her hands

She looked around until her blue eyes met the purple ones that has been staring at her from the door

"Izana, what are you looking at?" Kakucho from a far walked forward to see what made Izana shocked, he too saw the girl on the chair

"Yo! Clara, you're here too!!!" He excitingly walked to the girl and shook her hand

Kakucho admired his art until his eyes landed on the book she's holding

"That's-"

"I believe you have something that's ours." Izana spat walking to where they are

"Can I have this back?" Kakucho kindly asked while trying to take the book from Clara as careful as possible but the girl gripped on the book tighter

"No... This is mine." She stood up and ran to the corner of the room away from Kakucho

"Okay okay, you must've bought it... Can I take a look at the back page real quick though??" Kakucho softly smiles trying to gain her trust when Izana butted in while slowly walking to them

"Do you know who the author is?"

The girl nodded and looked down "Y-you... Izana Kurokawa..."

Izana's lips formed into a smirk realizing his theory is correct 'Gotcha!'

"You won't be so stubborn if the REAL author borrows the book for a bit right?" He leaned in on her ear and held the other side of the book planning to take it by force

"Ehem." A deep voice was heard from behind them that made the three look at where the chair is to see Shiro sitting on the chair backwards while leaning on the backrest watching them

"That's my sister" he pointed at the girl as she runs to hide behind him still holding the book

"Well your sister's a thief" Izana rolled his eyes mumbling loud enough for Shiro to hear

"What did you say?" Shiro smiled but you can see he's annoyed because of the irk mark forming on his forehead

"He means she has something we own..." Kakucho tries to make the conversation calm but he failed when Izana grabbed the girl's hand
