Hoseok's 1st Person POV

"Alright, you guys can go!" Yoongi says as he chuckles at Jimin teasing him about Melina.*

I am the first to step out of Yoongi's hotel room, followed by my namdongsaengs.**

"Hey, Hyung, Jungkook and I are going to play Smash Bros or something on the Switch. Want to come hang out with us in Jungkook's room?" Jimin asks me as he and Jungkook are walking behind me. I was about to head to my hotel room door, but spending time with Jimin and Jungkook would be nice. They'll most likely keep me up later and then I can call Roxy when she's done teaching. If I went into my room, I might end up falling asleep before I could even talk to Roxy.

"Sure, I'll join you guys," I tell the younger two who are now walking in front of me. I follow them into Jungkook's room and I head to a chair next to the bed and plop into it while Jimin settles on the foot of the bed. Jungkook gets his Switch set up on the TV, then he heads over to also sit on the foot of the bed, with Jimin on his right, and I'm sitting on his left still in the cushy hotel chair. Jungkook hands Jimin one of the controllers and looks over at me.

"Hobi-hyung, do you want to play?" Jungkook kindly offers the other game controller to me but I shake my head at him.

"No, you guys play, I'll watch. I'm entertained enough by watching you guys play," I explain to them. It is true when I say I'm entertained since it hilarious when Jungkook and Jimin get competitive with each other and talk smack while they're playing video games.

"Alright," Jungkook replies and he and Jimin start playing the game.

"Hobi, how are you and Roxy doing with the distance and everything?" Jimin asks me a half hour into the game. Before this topic, we were talking about other random subjects. I get Jimin's curiosity about how me and Roxy, considering both he and Jungkook have become good friends with her since the first day they met her in the dance practice room in our company building months ago. Like me, they both think she is an incredible dancer and personality-wise, she meshes well with the two younger males.

"It's fine. Obviously I miss her, but we've been doing well trying to keep communication going consistently. The time difference doesn't help, but we've been able to talk almost everyday since we've been here in California, whether it's a video call, phone call or text messages." I try to sound unaffected, but I truly do miss Roxy physically being present. However, I'm still grateful that I have her to talk to and share how my days have been going while in the United States. She's been so supportive by just merely listening to me vent about such things like how our whole group was struggling with some new choreography a couple days ago. We've improved since then, but at the time, I was complete frustrated and I appreciated Roxy being able to give me sound advice since she understood how I was feeling as a dancer at the time.

It's also been nice to be her sounding board and letting her vent about her days, but also having her share positive parts of her days with me. It's just nice to have a partner to talk to and unwind with, even if we are thousands of miles apart.

"I'm glad you're able to communicate with her daily. I'm happy you've met someone who you're compatible with. I'm shocked she's not pursuing dance professionally. She has the skills and the way she moves just shows how skilled she is. She has so much control with her movements and she knows how to utilize every part of her body to make every move look like it's perfect." Jimin sings his praises about Roxy as a dancer and I couldn't agree more with everything he just mentioned. I could go on and on about the way Roxy dances.

"What is she planning on doing when her teaching contract is up? Have you and Roxy discussed it yet?" Jungkook curiously asks me while pausing the game. Both he and Jimin turn to face me as if really they're eager to hear what I have to say about the topic.

"Honestly? I've thought about it plenty of times on my own, but we haven't fully discussed the future with each other. We've just been enjoying the here and now." I tell the boys but I know they have more questions with the way they're staring at me.

"What if she has to go back to New Zealand? How will you guys make it work?" Jungkook further questions.

"I honestly don't know," I say, my voice all choked up.

"I'm sorry to bring it up, I know it's tough to think about. I'm also bringing it up because I had an idea. Doesn't Roxy have formal dance training?" Jungkook asks with a raised eyebrow.

"She does. Roxy actually has studied dance. I've already suggested to her that she should consider trying out to be a choreographer or be a dancer for other groups under Hybe. Even if it's not with Hybe, I feel like her skills are worthy enough that she could make it a profession." I tell the two young men and they nod in full agreement.

"She really does. I was thinking that, too!" Jimin replies.

"But, for some reason she sounds hesitant. I don't know why but she'll make comments that shows how she doesn't feel confident about making dance a profession when I feel like she has all it takes." I voice out, sounding a tiny bit frustrated. I just feel like someone with Roxy's talent deserves to showcase it to the world.

"If you want me and Jimin to talk to her, we can help convince her. We can truthfully tell her how much she would be successful and that she really should consider making dance her profession. We'd both fully support and even recommend her to different companies. Though, it would be bad ass if she worked for Hybe. Then, she'd be able to continue living in Korea." Jungkook shares his lofty idea for my girlfriend.

"As much as I'd love her to work at the same company as us and live in Korea, I don't want to force the idea on her. If she does decide she wants to pursue dancing as a career, I don't want to limit her. If she wants to move to any other country as a choreographer, I'll still support her. I wouldn't like the distance, but I want to support her in any decision she makes. I just know how passionate she is about dancing, and I know she'd make an impact if she made it a career one way or another. She's just so amazing and she deserves so much." After I'm done speaking, I notice Jimin and Jungkook gazing at me in awe.

"You look and sound in love, Hobi-hyung," Jimin merely comments, throwing me a soft smile.

He's right.

I am in love with Roxy.

With her not being from Korea and my hectic schedule, I know we'll face some major obstacles. But, I've never met someone I felt so connected to the way I am with Roxy. I'll do everything in my power to show her how much I want to be in her life.
