Vi x Reader (LoL Arcane) I Found it Hard to Find Someone Like You..

She's Not Gonna Kill Me?

YOUR POV..

     Ekko started walking with me, while the enforcer and Vi were behind us. Ekko leaned closer to me, then started whispering.

     "Seriously though, why do your fingers have blood on them?.. You didn't do anything to her, right?" He said, and I tried to wipe the blood off of my fingers.

     "No, it was just from me cleaning her wounds." I respond, lying straight through my teeth. He nodded his head, then continued to walk. "Where are we going, anyway?"

     "A place that I like to call.." He says as we walk into a giant place with a real tree. A real TREE. "Home." He finishes his sentence, then walks over to Vi. I stay standing there, hearing someone walk up to me. What the..

     "You must be one of Ekkos friends, right?" He says. I nod back at him with a small smile. He's about half my size, and wears a hooded robe. "That's so cool!" He says, then jumps onto me, giving me a hug. I laugh nervously and hug back. I was usually friendly with children, as I know what it's like to have to mature quickly. I just wanted them to have a good childhood and be able to act like a child.

     He suddenly hops off of me and runs. I notice that before he ran, he looked behind me. I turn around and see Violet. Great. A wave of guilt washes over me. Why was I feeling bad?.. She deserved it, right?..

     "I see you're good with kids?" She says, sitting on the half wall behind me.

     "Yeah, why?" I say, resisting the urge to apologize. She was in the wrong. I'm NOT apologizing.

     "It's cute, really." She says which causes my cheeks to become a light shade of pink. I let out a small smile, but she began to talk again. "About earlier I-" 

     "I'm sorry." I say, cutting her off. She tries to speak again, but I just cut her off once more. "It was my fault. I shouldn't have squeezed a fresh wound. I didn't mean to cause you pain, it's just that.. my emotions get the better of me sometimes, you know? Especially when people insult others that I love." I say, staring at her hand and my eyebrows furrowing with sadness. 

     "Hey, listen.. it's okay." She says, and my eyes widen a little bit at the instant reaction. "I know how emotions can be when people you love get hurt.. trust me, I know it well, but.. I also know how hard it can be to control it." She looks up, and grabs my hand. "This wasn't your fault, I shouldn't have said that about Sevika. Just.. don't blame yourself, okay?" 

     I nod a little, and send a small smile. She hasn't let go of my hand. Why? Has she suddenly gained a soft spot for me? 

     "Uh.. at the bar. You put shimmer in your drink. Why? You might've explained it.. but I don't have good memory, sorry." She says, looking up at me. Still holding my hand. 

     "Well, I get overworked. Doing the whole band thing, and then barely ever getting a break with Sil-" I stop myself. I see her eyes narrow and her brows furrow.

     "What did you just say? Or.. what were you going to say?" She asks and I hear the frustration in her voice. "Were you going to say Silco?" She stands up, letting my hand go. Even though she's mad, she didn't speak very loudly to me. She scoffs before speaking. "How could you?.."

     "I mean.. it's-" Before I could explain, she cut me off.

     "No. It's not anything. You betrayed EVERYONE. I don't wanna hear any of your stupid little excuses, Ev. Not this time.. and when I said it wasn't your fault a few minutes ago.. I didn't mean it. You could've controlled your emotions! But you didn't! You're a sadistic psycho!" She shouts loudly, gaining the attention of the others. I stand up, wanting to cry. I wanted to cry so bad, but I didn't. I stayed calm.. not really. I pushed her to the ground. She was about to get back up, until I put my foot on her chest. I was stronger than her, so it was quite easy to keep her down.

     "You.. are a backstabbing bitch. You didn't even let me finish for goodness sake! I would've told you why, but you just had to cut me off." I spit out, Ekko and Caitlyn running towards us. I see Vi's eyes soften and realize what she had just said to me earlier. She opens her mouth to speak, but I cut her off like she did to me. "Save it. Tell it to me later, when I come back. IF I come back." I walk away, pushing people out of my way. I leave the place, and start walking throughout the undercity.

     I find my way back to Silco's office eventually, and find something.

     "Sevika!" I say and run to the middle of the room. She was tied up and hanging off the ceiling by her ankle. "Oh my god, oh my god.." I say, trying to untie the ropes. I finally untie it, forgetting that she could fall to the ground. I see her fall. I drop to my knees and feel her neck with my two fingers. She has a pulse. I let out a sigh of relief, and hold back the tears trying so desperately to get out.

     "What.." I hear someone say. I look up and see Silco. "What happened!?" He says, practically running over. 

     "Judging from the clues around the room.." I say, looking around at the word 'LIAR' painted over and over. "Your crazy unhinged daughter did this!"

     "Do not!-.." He stops himself and sighs. "Just lay her down, she'll wake up in a few." He says, then storms out of the room. I still am panicking from this, plus all the stuff that happened with the Vi girl. My brain starts going too fast for me, and the tears start spilling out.. one by one..
