At the hotel

Aim was walking back and forth in the room, not sure about how long to wait, he has been waiting since forever and Kongpob just doesn't seem to come

"Where the actual heck are you?" Aim asked irritatedly

Sitting on the couch, aim pulled out his phone not able to wait anymore, his patience giving up he immediately called Kong

"Where are you?" Aim asked

"I'm 10 minutes away from the hotel but why do you sound mad?" Kongpob asked

"Just come" aim said as he cut the call

Now finally he was relieved, at least kongpob is all good and his voice seemed quite normal perhaps did arthit come back?

His curiosity was taking over him, the 10 minutes felt like eternity when he finally heard a knock on the door, practically jumping off the couch he pulled the door open

"We got a lot to talk a..." Aim stopped mid way as he registered the sight in front of him

There stood a smiling kongpob, the smile aim has seen in months and behind him a rather nervous arthit, aim blinked his eyes twice making sure he was seeing it right, it was indeed arthit

"I know aim, but can we get in first?" Kongpob asked

Aim blankly nodded and moved away making space for arthit and kongpob to walk in

"So..what happened? I..I need an explanation" aim said taking a seat

Kongpob nodded before starting his explanation about what all happened and aim listened to his each word without blinking not wanting to miss anything in any way while arthit fidgeted his fingers which was so unlike of his old self to do

"At the end, arthit's coming back?" Aim asked as kongpob finished

Kongpob nodded with a smile on Hus face

Aim turned to look at arthit who was smiling too, a rather guilty smile

"I'm sorry aim, for all the chaos I caused just because I was scared" arthit apologized

Aim just smiled and pulled him into a hug

"I missed you too Buddy, although we weren't that close of friends I missed your cold presence" aim chuckled

Arthit smiled as he hugged him back slightly

"Aren't we calling may and mom?" Kongpob asked

"No, let's surprise them" aim suggested

"Should we?" Arthit asked

"Yup yup" aim said

Kongpob laughed at aim's excitement and arthit swears he missed the heartily laugh all these months

After a few minutes of discussion, the boys decided to keep it a surprise, arthit was returning home!

The next day

At the airport

"Come here to visit me someday with aunt yui and not problems" knot said hugging arthit who laughed in response

"Thanks khun knot" Kongpob said

"My pleasure" knot replied

"Guys we gotta go" aim called waving at them

Arthit smiled at knot who smiled back before walking away with Kongpob

In the plane

Kongpob lay his head on arthit's shoulder who smiled, kissing the top of his head he realised how much he actually missed this

"I love you arthit" kongpob mumbled loud enough for only arthit to hear

"I love you too Kong" arthit mumbled back smiling

In Mumbai

At kongpob's house

"I missed home" arthit whispered staring at his home from outside

"The home missed you too" kongpob said from behind making arthit smile

Taking the lift, aim pressed the 4th button, arthit's heart was beating way too fast, he was going to meet his mother after 10 whole months or maybe more

Kongpob noticed arthit being nervous, he quickly intertwined their fingers before walking out

Aim quickly rung the bell, excited to meet his wife after a long trip and also excited for the reactions they would get

"A second" came a voice before the door flung open

There stood may, her smile vanishing as her eyes fell on arthit and not even a minute later, her smile was the widest

"Aunt yui!" May called

"Let us get in first" Kongpob chuckled

May nodded moving away as the three males step in

"Stop shouting will you?" Yui asked from the kitchen

Arthit's eyes immediately brimmed with tears, hearing his mothers voice after so long

A minute later yui came in sight, wiping her hands on the apron she wore

"Mom..." Arthit whispered

Yui looked up to see arthit smiling as tears rolled down his eyes

"Arthit" yui's voice came out as a mere whisper

Arthit nodded before walking towards her with slow steps, yui stood rooted to the ground as if not believing that it was real, arthit was real

Wasting no time arthit hugged her tight, and sobbed, that's when yui realised it was indeed all real she hugged him back tighter than ever, tears threatening to fall from her eyes too

"Arthit...my baby" yui whispered

"Mom" arthit called again sobbing harder

Yui patted his back, kissing his head every now and then while arthit's grip only tightened on her

Kongpob, aim and may stood a little away, smiling at the sight, tears brimming in their eyes as well, they all missed him after all

A while later, arthit finally let go of yui who kissed his face repeatedly as arthit chuckled

"I love you my son, I missed you so so much" yui said

"I love you too mom, missed you too" arthit replied

All of them looked happy again, after months they genuinely smiled at each other and all because he was back, arthit was back
