Tempest History [Tensura X Slime No Taoshite]

Eternal Affection

It's been quite sometimes since i harvest all of the empire soldiers soul and resurrect them back in labyrinth, and tomorrow i have to evolve my subordinates into True Demon Lord

And today....i'm free, seriously i have nothing to do now, and i'm bored to death, i've been thinking about playing with veldora and ramiris at labyrinth but falfa is training with them, so it's not a good idea to interrupt

'ciel, what do you do in your free time?' i decided to asked her

<Hm? I usually go and play with diablo>

Huh? Since when does those two become close? Moreover, it's incredible for diablo to befriend ciel in the first place

'i see, what do you guys usually do?'

<.......we talk about our lord and saviour>

What do you mean by lord and saviour? These two definitely weird, i ain't got nothing if i keep asking her

As i keep dwelling in my thought, a soft voice called out for me

"How about a cup of tea? it's best to drink it while it still hot"

As i turn to look at the voice, i saw a very familiar face that is smiling toward me

"Ah, thank you Azusa" i said while return the smile

"It's nothing, moreover danna-sama seems boring tonight, how about we take a walk outside?" Azusa said

"That's a good idea.." i replied

And as soon as i finish my tea, we both then start taking walk around the town

As we keep walking while holding hands, i sometimes take a peek at azusa expression

'hahaha, who would have guess that the fearsome 'Golden Witch' can have this kind of expression' i mutter in my heart as i saw her blushing

".....it will be great if we can do this forever, right danna-sama?" She suddenly said

"That will be wonderful" i replied

Shortly after, we arrived at the top of the cliff where i make a simple tomb for shizu-san, we sit down while admiring the tempest city from above

"Sometimes, i hate this feeling...even though everybody called it a beautiful memories, but when the person who created the memories with you have gone.....it's really bring pain, a terrible one at that knowing you can never recreated the memories again..." Azusa said while smiling and gaze into the sky

The burden of knowing her 'role' in my life maybe more impactful to her than i thought, even though i don't really i understand it, but azusa must be really strong to endure it all this time

I smile faintly while praising my wife in my heart

"You know....long ago, there's a boy and a dragon, they became best friend after some circumstances...they live together happily with their other friends, but...an unfortunate events occured on that day..."

I pause a while and take a glimpse at azusa, as expected she seems want to know more about the stories..

"The sister of the dragon want to take back his brother, of course, the dragon refuse as he want to stay with his friend, but at the end, she succeed...knowing his best friend was gone, the boy goes into the rage and successfully persuaded the sister to let her brother play some more.."

As i end the story, i saw azusa confuse expression

"So...how can the boy managed to persuaded the sister?" Azusa asked

".....that's not important, what i'm trying to say is the bond between the two friends triumph at the end, if a friends can do that, we, the one who bond by love surely can overcome it" i softly said while gently caress azusa head

"Is that so....hahaha, thank you danna-sama, don't worry i will make sure to make you happy so that you know...i'm the best wife in the world!" Azusa said cheerfully

As i heard this, i slowly kiss her in the lips

"Idiot, you don't have to make me happy, we do it together azusa, we will make each other happy till the end" i said while hugging her tightly

".....as expected, i can't win againts you...my beloved husband" she muttered while deeply buried her face in my chest

After a few minutes of cuddling, we continue to watch the stars together

"The moon....is so beautiful tonight" i said softly

Azusa heard this immediately turn red, i guess she know what i meant, but unexpectedly she grab my head and abruptly kiss my lips

"I love you too....Rimuru Tempest" she said with the happiest smile i've ever seen

My heart seems to go on full throttle after seeing her beautiful smile, i unconciously turn my face as i too embarrassed to look at her in the eyes

"Hm~ so my husband is weak at surprise attack huh? That's cute" she tease me

But yeah..it's true though, but i'm just weak to that when you are the one to do that...idiot

Meanwhile ciel who was watching the entire scene..

<....i'm jealous...but those two it's too damn cute that i can't bring myself to interrupt them.....if this go on i swear i gonna get diabetes..>
