A girl pounces at me. A punch swung that I block. A punch to her jaw. A dodge of her legs. A punch to the stomach and pain blossoming.
A yell across the room.

My head whipping towards him. Is he okay?
He's laying on the floor, the boy punching him in the face.
I lunge at the boy, tackling him off Newt. Newt stands and heads towards the girl.
We beat them.
I hug Newt tightly, kissing him lightly on the cheek. Newt hugs me back. A kiss by the edge of the mouth.
