"sometimes I feel happiness is not meant for me ,my growing up was filled with sad moments because I had no father , the village whispered all sought of things about my mother, no matter how I try to rewrite my destiny and show everyone that I can be someone better , one thing or the other always comes to ruin me"

Osaze wiped the tears from her eyes with a kind look "when you where a baby did you cry too often"

She spoke breathlessly as he brought his lips to kiss her lightly on her forehead holding her face with both palms his full lips lingered there for a while before he finally let her go

"I am here now and I have all it takes to help you achieve all your dreams for your sake and the little guy in there " he said softly "and I don't know if I would be among the people that had contributed to this tears but when you cry because of me I want it to be for happy reasons" 

His gentle voice warmed the heart of Iris, his eyes held many unspoken promises this scared Iris , she had not forgotten what he had told her before they had left for dinner , the thing is Liam had stolen her heart and shattered it to million pieces she was not certain she had any place left in her heart to give to Osaze 

Iris not wanting to go deep into that conversation asked instead "what makes you think its a little guy"
