When i woke up i found Hinata wasn't in my arms which was strange
But then I smelt it...bacon...eggs...sausages...potato...
I sprung up and ran into the place from where the smell was coming from
I entered the kitchen and saw Hinata in her apron spinning from one side of the kitchen to the other while preparing food and she saw me as well
"Merry christmas Naruto" she came over to me and kissed me while wrapping her arms around my neck as i wrapped min around her waist
"Merry christmas Hinata"
"I'll be done here soon honey, go have a shower and get changed then we'll have breakfast" she said before releasing the hug with a squeeze
"Hmm? Get changed?" i looked down to see i was naked 'obviously' "oh right"
Before i walked out of the kitchen i wanted to make Hinata happy as fast as possible to start the day of right
"You look amazing sweetie" i said yawning afterwards
"*pfft* Oh stop, i'm just in my lazy clothes"
"You're still perfect to me" i said before leaving to go have a shower leaving a smile on both of our faces
When I came out of the shower I got changed into a regular sized shirt and some jeans.
Today was a big day so i wanted to look fairly smart
I walked into the living room to find breakfast already on the table with waffles ready on the side which i didn't even know about until now, and best of all...my Hinata was there waiting for me
"Sorry if i kept you waiting sweetie" i said giving her a kiss while sitting down
"Not at all, now let's eat!"
We ate our breakfast and were in the christmas mood
We decided to start opening presents
I made sure to position Hinata so that she was on the sofa and i pulled over one of my chairs from the table to sit on...i also placed a small wrapped box the window behind the sofa with a note in it telling her to 'turn around'
We opened our presents and we both got little things like shampoo jewellery and other heartfelt gifts that meant alot to each other personally as well as small things from friends
As Well as...pervy sage...
We opened the box as it was addressed to both of us and found edible panties, condoms,lube and other various 'toys'
We placed the box elsewhere to deal with later before Hinata began to talk
"That was awesome! Thanks for all the gifts Naruto" she said giving me a truly heartfelt smile
"A-actually there's o-one more" i fiddled with the little box in my pocket with my right hand
"Wait really?"
"Y-yeah it's on the window behind you" she turned around just as i had planned
I immediately got down on one knee and opened the box waiting for her to turn around
"Hmm? Turn around?" she looked back at me with a questioning face before she registered what i was doing, when she did she immediately dropped the box
"Hinata...you have given me all I could ever want, all I ever needed and more...
Hinata Hyuga, will you marry me?"
She stood there frozen for a couple of seconds, thankfully i put her on the sofa on purpose just in case she did pass out, that way it would be a soft landing for her
She opened her mouth about to speak and time stood still
I thought of all the scenarios, she could hit me , she could hate me anything could happe-

"..."

"..."

"Yes?"

"Yes"

"Yes!"

"A million times Yes!"

I jumped up and kissed her while sliding the ring onto her finger
We both flopped down onto the sofa while admiring the ring. It was a pink diamond almost the same colour as Gurens crystals in the shape of a daisy...
"Hey Hina"
"Hmm? There's more?"
"Well yes...first off...we have a dinner reservation at 8 tonight and..."
"And?"
"I think i can tell you now"
"YOU CAN?" heh she really wanted to know what the secret was
"Yes aha...the secret was just that i was going to propose to you"
I saw in her eyes that all the links in her mind were now made
"So is that why Sakura kept referencing marriage yesterday?"
"Yep"
"And that talk with Neji?"
"Yep"
"And what you had to talk about with tsunade all those times?"
"Yep"
"Oh my god!...............It all makes so much sense now!"
"Ahaha...sorry for keeping it from you for so long" i said before kissing her forehead
"......well you weren't wrong..."
"Hmm?"
"I did enjoy this secret after all"
"Hehe i knew you would...also..."
"THERE'S MORE???"
"Y-yes...your father has actually known about us for the last 6 months..."
"............THAT'S WHAT YOU TALKED TO HIM ABOUT!........."
"Yep...well kinda, he knew about us dating but not marriage"
"Oh my god! Who else knew?!"
"Well...everyone except Lee and Kiba..."
"Hmm? Why Lee and Kiba?"
"W-well Lee cant hold his liquor so i was scared he might accidentally let it slip out"
"And Kiba?"
"I don't know...i just felt he would try to tell you...i don't think he liked me much after we began dating ya'know"
"I guess that makes sense..."
"Yeah... anyway i need to tell you what we do next"
"Hmm? What  we do next?"
"Well...your father doesn't actually know I've proposed like this...so I'm doing a clan proposal..."
"That's smart Naruto" she said giving me a bright smile
"...y-yeah...so he thinks it's just another clan head that you'll say no to...but i think it'll make him happy if I propose in front of him"
"Hmm? You think so?"
"Yeah, when i met with him he said that if i was a clan head that i would make a fine husband for you...which was a bit weird at the time but i see it as a compliment now"
"Right...i'm glad he likes you Naruto...so when is the clan proposal?"
"The 28th..."
"So the day after my birthday?"
"Yep"
"...r-right..."
"..."
"..."
"Sorry i feel like i've just given you a whole lot of information all at once"
"No of course not... don't worry Honey" she said giving me a light smile
"..."
"I'm just going to go to the bathroom quickly" she winked at me before leaving but really only going to our bedroom

'I did it, I proposed...'
