"You did. I've never been in a relationship because love doesn't exist," he stated. "And, I went up here because my mom is having her second divorce and we're getting kicked out of here tomorrow."
"I'm sorry." Her lips pursed. "I guess we never know what someone's going through."
"As strangers, we can never judge," Ni-ki finished for her. "I see your point."
Iya's phone buzzed. It was a message from her brother.
