(6 months pregnant)
Robin was shaking as he stood on the door step, he had know idea how he was going to ask her, but he had to try if him and Regina wanted to get married. He knocked on the door and took a step back, hoping that she wouldn't answer.
"Robin?" Marian said surprised as she opened the door "What are you doing here?" She asked.
"Can I come in?" Robin asked taking a step towards the door
"Umm..sure" Marian said as she stepped out of the way to let him.
Robin sat down on the couch and took out some paper,
"Marian" he said nervously looking down at the pages "well.. the thing is..you and I.. we're still technically... married" he stammered "and if Regina and I are going to get marri-" he was trying to say as Marian cut him off
"I know what your going to say" she said looking down "we have to get a divorce" she said awkwardly
"yes.. we do" Robin said handing her the pages.
"I have all the paper work and I've already done everything you just need to sign it" Robin said giving her a pen "everything will be like it is now..except Regina and I will be... married and you and I will be officially... divorced" Robin stammered.
"I can come back later if you want" Robin said getting up
"No it's fine!" Marian said wiping a tear away and singing the pages.
"What about Roland?" She asked standing up and handing Robin the pages
"Well it will be the same, I'll take him some nights, and you take him some nights." Robin said
"it should be a lot easier now that I moved in with Regina, he can have his own room!" Robin continued.
A few minutes later
Robin took a deep breath as he walked down the path, its ok he said to himself it's over.
