Christmas
Christmas is crying tears of snow, fluffy and nice but still ice, so you will never feel their warmth trickling down your face
Harbingers of doom stand in plain sight, telling lies, with smiles on pork pie faces
Remember the sad day your freedom went away, you can bet they didn't think twice
In the library, there's a fictional book called 1984, now it's become a gospel prophecy
Sure they have a heart however, you can rest assured it's made of stone
There was a time of austerity, caused by a greedy minority, repaid by the majority, you
May you be forgiven for thinking there's a synergy here, and sense the vultures circling their prey
As always it will be used to hammer in the nails, that will keep you nailed to the cross
So, ask yourself this, was his sacrifice in vain, when after two Millennium, the house of God is still scourged by those with money
