The last time a man who conquered Luffy arrived at Sabaody and created a new crew, he raised hell on the island to free the slaves. It was so bad that it involved all the admirals, but they managed to escape and head to The East Blue.
Luffy and his new crew are now trying to get to The East Blue.

And with that Luffy and his crew rowed out of the calm belt and now they were in the east blue and soon we see them sailing to the Goa Kingdom as they were about to dock Luffy saw Shanks ship already docked there as he smiled knowing he could change the past mistakes he made that's when he heard his first mate speak
