Fallon was studying in the library during study hall with Demetri, Miguel, and Eli since Luna was busy helping with something for theater. Eli and Fallon were sat rather close, looking over Biology notes that they had taken.

"So that's it?" Fallon sighed, disappointed that her new flame of hope had been put out. "No more karate?"

"I guess so." Miguel replied.

"It's probably for the best." Demetri said. "It was starting to boost your confidence."

Fallon groaned. "That's the entire point. Your relentless cynicism is ruining the fun for everyone."

"Yeah, isn't having confidence a good thing?" Miguel agreed.

"No." Demetri scoffed. "What has confidence ever gotten anybody except for a black eye and their backpack thrown into the trash?"

"Well, I thought it was kind of cool how you stood up to Kyler." Eli offered hesitantly.

Demetri quickly shut down any optimism surrounding karate. "Are you insane? Let me ask you. What is the best super power anyone can have?"

"Super strength." Miguel nodded.

The redhead girl shook her head. "I would say anything involving the Scarlett Witch."

"Wrong, and wrong." The boy replied. "Invisibility. A distant second would be super speed. To run away fast."

Just as Fallon was about to once again point out Demetri's incredible ability to be cynical about basically anything, she felt a presence from behind her. "Run away from who?" Kyler said, pushing his head between Fallon and Eli.

"Whom." His friend Brucks corrected. While the two bickered over his grammatical mistake, the group took the opportunity to attempt getting away.

"Hey, where are you going?" Allison said, appearing from behind a bookcase. Kyler grabbed Eli by the back of his neck, turning him around.

"Look at this freak." The asian boy laughed. "What kind of girl would ever kiss this shit?" Fallon looked down sheepishly. She would. The two boys looked over at her.

"I bet fire crotch over there would." Allison snorted, walking closer to the girl.

Miguel shook his head. "Leave them alone Kyler."

He pushed Eli away and walked towards Miguel. "What did you say?" The dark skinned boy stayed quiet, trying not to provoke the three. "Haven't had enough Rhea?" He pushed Miguel towards the door. "Get the hell out of here man." He said as Brucks shoved Eli in the same direction.

Allison was now face to face with Fallon. "What are you going to do huh?" Fallon's jaw tightened. All she wanted was to show her that she wasn't afraid. But that's the problem. She is afraid. "Get out of my face." She scowled, pushing the girl towards the door.

Demetri almost thought that he had got off clean, hoping to sneak out without facing torment. However, as he approached the door, Kyler dragged him back by the backpack. "You don't want this man." Kyler smirked as he took the bag from his back.

"No not the trash I just threw a-" Kyler ignored his pleas and threw the bag down into the garbage can. "...yogurt in there." Demetri finished.

"Now it's double dipped." The asian boy said smugly. Demetri slowly pulled out the yogurt stained backpack from the trash can, frowning as he saw just how much of it was covered.

Fallon, Eli, and Miguel were sat in the hallway waiting for Demetri. Fallon cringed when she saw his backpack. "Do you need help cleaning it?" She offered. Demetri only shook his head, walking into the boys bathroom. Miguel followed after him, hoping to help. "What a bunch of a-holes." Fallon grumbled.

"We should just go. He doesn't want our help right now." Miguel told the two.

Days later, Fallon was getting lunch with her friends while trying to convince them to give Miguel's offer a chance. "I just think that since Miguel got his karate teacher-"

"Sensei." Miguel corrected.

"Right. Well, since he reopened the dojo, we should join." Before Demetri could offer his negative opinion, they walked into an outburst between Sam and Kyler.

"You know that billboard with the big ass dick on it? I guess Sam takes after her dad." Kyler said loudly for everyone to hear. Grade A dickwad.

Everyone was laughing at Sam, and Fallon sighed with sympathy for the girl. "Hey Kyler!" Miguel yelled, slamming down his lunch tray. "Why don't you shut the hell up and stop being such an asshole?"

"What is he doing?" Fallon whispered anxiously.

"This isn't happening." Eli said with wide eyes.

"You want another beat down Rhea?" The asian boy threatened, pushing Miguel. "I'm ready for you lame ass karate this time." He pushed him once again.

"It's not lame ass karate." Miguel replied, catching Kylers punch. "It's Cobra Kai." Fallon watched in awe as he punched Kyler in the jaw. Suddenly, Miguel was up against Kyler and three of his friends. Fallon was sure Miguel was done for.

The boys threw each other back and forth, at one point Miguel was caught in a choke hold. However, the dark haired boy worked his way out of it, throwing some seriously impressing punches and kicks. Fallon was amazed at how easily Miguel was able to fight four people at once."No mercy!" The girl from the dance yelled. The entire cafeteria filmed and cheered as Miguel took down all of Kyler's goons.

Fallon was especially amazed as Miguel started coming at them with a lunch tray, slamming one boy straight on the head. She couldn't help but smile at the look of anger and disbelief on Allison's face as Miguel knocked out Kyler and the entire cafeteria erupted with cheers. As the administrators took Miguel away, she leaned over to Demetri, Luna, and Eli. "Still don't want to join Cobra Kai?"
