I was waiting with my friends in their room for Ruby. Ozpin had asked her to come in and explain what happened the night of the dance. Eventually she walked through the door looking pretty nervous.
(Y/N): Well, how'd it go?
Ruby: Well...
Slight time skip:
Weiss: That was a risky move.
Blake: No, I think you handled it well.
(Y/N): Agreed.
Ruby: I hope so.
Yang: I'm sure everything will be alright Ruby. Oh! I know what will cheer you up!
Yang then walked over to the desk and picked up some sort of cylinder box.
Ruby: What's that?
Yang: I don't know. Dad sent it to us. I thought we could open it together!
Ruby: Ooh! Something from home!
Ruby then zoomed behind her sister and jumped onto her back, waving her arms around she tried to grab the object.
All of a sudden, the top of it pops off and out slides another cylinder. It started wiggling around until it popped out into.... A dog?!
*bark**bark*
Everyone jumped, including myself.
Ruby: ZWEI!!!!
Blake: He sent a dog?!
Weiss: In the mail?!
(Y/N): That's fucked up!
Meanwhile the dog was slobbering Ruby's face.
Yang: Oh he does stuff like this all the time.
Blake: Your father or your dog?
I turned to see Blake on Yang's bunk.
(Y/N): Pussy.
Weiss: Wait a minute!
(Y/N): Aw shit, here we go again.
Weiss: Are you telling me that this mangy, drooling. mutt, is going to wive with us forevah? Oh yes he is! Yes he is! Oh isn't he adorable?!

(Y/N): What the fuck just happened?
Blake: Please keep it away from my belongings.
Zwei then jumped out of Ruby's arms and onto me much to my surprise and frequently licked my face.
Yang: Aww. He really likes you.
I then put him down on the ground.
(Y/N): Just sit here, ok?
Zwei then immediately sat down and waited for me to give the word. It's surprised everybody how obedient he was to me.
Ruby: He listens to you petty well too, wow.
(Y/N): I can't explain it but I've always had this connection with animals, like I can talk to them. Guess it's one of my... gifts.
Yang: You seem to have a lot of those. I should know~
I immediately looked at her wide-eyed, surprised she would say that in front of our friends and her sister.
Just then we heard an announcement over the intercom from my mom.
Glynda: Will all first year students please report to the amphitheater.
