Chifuyu was free to go today, so he quickly changed his clothes, that was provided for him by the doctor, wearing Kazutora's Valhalla jacket on top

Ever since he thought Kazutora died, he would always wear the latter's gang jacket, thinking that he won't be able to see him again

Chifuyu approaches the doctor as he fixes his clothes, once he steps out of the bathroom, raising a brow when he noticed how nervous the doctor is

"Is something wrong?"he asked not taking his eyes off of the doctor

"It's about Tora-kun.."the doctor starts off, Chifuyu who knew what this meant, immediately asked

"What room is he in?"he asked already on the move towards the door

"Follow me, please"the doctor walks towards the door

Chifuyu follows behind him, not mentally prepared to face the others yet, or even know if Kazutora successfully saves Baji, he wouldn't blame him if he couldn't, after all.. Chifuyu was at fault for stalling him, when he was supposed to be in the fight

Arriving in the said room, Toman captains, Takemichi and Kazu was waiting in front of the room, who immediately approached the doctor once they saw him, Chifuyu took this as a chance to head inside the room, since they haven't noticed him yet

Closing the door, he took a deep breath before turning around to face Kazutora, who's unconscious on the hospital bed, he just looks like he's sleeping because of how peaceful he looks

Chifuyu approached the bed and sat on the stool beside it, holding Kazutora's hand, he smiles as he starts to cry

"You.. You did it.."he muttered as he wipes his tears with his other arm

He saw Baji beside Kazutora's past self before he entered the room, probably comforting him, his past self meanwhile, was beside Takemichi, who doesn't look so good, he looks at Kazutora's face and squeezed his hand

"You did it, Tora.."he muttered again with a smile on his face

He held Kazutora's hand with both of his, thanking the male over and over again, he couldn't help but feel worried, after all.. Even though he hated him at first, he still felt bad, specially after knowing what Kazutora's been through

He was just misunderstood and traumatized to the point that he didn't know how to handle his own emotions, Kazutora just wanted someone to be by his side and Chifuyu filled that spot after Baji's death, Chifuyu made sure Kazutora won't feel alone again, that's why he would always reassure Kazutora about things

Specially whenever he did something wrong or thought that he did something wrong, Chifuyu could describe Kazutora as a child trapped in a man's body, because of how easy Kazutora gets excited or happy, upon seeing little things that surprised and amazed him
