Visit The Roost every day!
The Roost is a fairly new café in the museum. You can unlock it by talking to Blathers. He'll give you a picture of Brewster or reference. After that you need to go to one of the new islands with Kapp'n. Brewster will be on the first island looking for gyroids!
If you visit the coffee shop every day you'll get rewards at certain points!
3 coffee - get coffee on go
6 coffee - unlock DIY recipe for the Roost Sable Cookie (requires 1 flour and 2 sugar)
12 coffee - get a bag of coffee beans (only for decoration, customizable)
16 coffee - get a Cup with Saucer (it has his logo on it, only decorative)
21 coffee - get coffee plant (only for decoration)
31 coffee - get Siphon that he uses to make the coffee (only decorative)
41 coffee - get Pro Coffee Grinder (only decorative)
51 coffee - get Brewstoid! A gyroid that looks like Brewster
