This story is a work of fiction. I do not own any of these images or any other forms of media used in this book. This story will also be representing two different cultures; Haitians and Ethiopians. I myself am Haitian and the references will be coming from my interactions with my parents and my Haitian friends. I can fluently speak Creole but I'm not the best at writing it, so I'll be relying a little on what I know and a little on what google tells me, lol. As for Amharic - one of the official Ethiopian languages - this I don't speak at all. Therefore, many of my references will be coming from google, videos, and articles I use for research. I hope people are happy with my representation in the end and maybe even learn something new along the way.
