It had been one year since Shinobu's passing.

They defeated Muzan.

And the Demon Slayer Corps are now disbanded.

Everyone had been living normally since then.

A cold chilly breeze passed by at his home. He sighed,looked up to the sky who was filled with bright stars.

Yet,the moon never shined bright as it did,when she was still here.

He doesn't know why- He can't move on.

No,he does know why. He loved her very much.

"Shinobu....The moon never shined bright as it did when you were still here." Giyuu chuckled. "I miss you so much."

A tear fell on his cheeks. "We did it, Shinobu. We defeated Muzan." He smiled.

"If only you were still here." He continued to rant. Everyday,when he sleep,he would look up to the starry sky,read her letter again and cry himself to sleep.

He was never hopeless. He still believes that one day,he will wake up,next to Shinobu.

He believes that one day,they will go stargazing and tell each other how the moon was so beautiful,again.

A butterfly landed on his hand.

It was purple.

He smiled. Another tear fell from his cheek.

The butterfly flied away,and it's shadow was casted on the pale moon.

"I realized,that without you here,the moon will never shine again. Shinobu."
