Quirk Class: Fire
Ability - From the users hands, they can create a ring of fire. By making a circle with their fingers to create a stationary fire ring or pushing out a ring of fire, starting at the size of a ring to as big as a truck as it flies away 15 metres away without hitting something. The small fire of the ring isn't bad, barely burning. But when something goes through the ring, it will catch on fire. Fire will coat the object and it will catch on fire if it is flammable.
Combat Range: close and Medium
Disadvantage/s: - Regular circumstances can irradiate the fire, like water, high winds or maybe a fire extinguisher.
Special Moves: Eye of Hell - The user makes a ring of fire, moving or stationary, it doesn't matter. The user then creates a second ring of fire and pushes it through the first one. The second ring of fire the explodes, bursting outwards in the direction it was sent, acting like a flamethrower for one second.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Orion, Flicker, Crash'n'burn
My Input (not necessary): I see the user being a devil like character. Having red skin and horns but no tail.
