"we need to take a break. "jake says sobbing
"oh, don't cry. i understand if you need a break jake. i don't want you to commit to a relationship unless you really want too". devon says with his chin on top of jakes head

devon's pov
i was on the verge of crying. i loved jake and the fact he's hearing voice that aren't his in his head are proving something. i am wanted to be with jake to live jake.
a tear dropped.
"can i kiss you one more time ?" i say realizing how dumb it had sounded.
"please" jake says
we kissed, i was able to taste his and my tears. they were salty but i focused on jake.

back at school
"uh hey devon" jake says in the middle of smiling and frowning
