WHAT!?

~ Dabi pov ~ 

It had been about 1 hour and 30 minutes since chicken and nugget left and I was working on making a breakfast brunch thing for us and the aizawa's who were coming over to celebrate with us.

Gosh. I hope he gets a quirk, and a good one to. All he's ever wanted was to be a hero like me and kei, he would just break if he couldn't fulfill that dream.

It was then that I heard a knock on the door. 

Oh, That's probably the aizawas, cool. They'll have to wait a bit tho.

I walked to the door after washing my hands and open the door to see the guests. Shota, Hizashi and their adopted son shinso, tho I wouldn't be surprised if he turned out to be shotas biological son, their so alike

"HELLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOO!!!!"

Hizashi yells. 

Everyone else flinches due to the noise hurting their ears and shota glares at him

"O-ops sorry"

he says

"First off it's ok. Second hello come in, their not back tho, chicken woke up late. We'll eat when they get back."

I said moving so they could enter. Shinso went straight to Izukus room and got out some toy cars to play with. Shota went somewhere to sleep and hizashi offered me some help in the kitchen, which I gratefully accepted.

About another half hour later they got back and just in time for food to. 

We hear the door open then close again, and as Izuku and chicken walked into the room a very exited shinso ran and bowled over a ver unprepared Izuku and we all began laughing. 

I walked over to them and gave kei a kiss on the forehead.

"Hahaha, settle down you two."

I said wanting to talk to Izu

Once they head calmed down

"Now Izuku what's your quirk? Can you show us?"

I asked

"YE-"

"NOPE! Not inside!"

Kei said 

"Ok then, Everyone outside!"

I said

Once we were all outside

"You guys might wanna take a step back"

Kei said from behind us. We all took some steps back

"Ok birdy! Can you do the thing now?"

Chicken yelled

"Yes daaaad!"

He yelled back

It was then that le looked like he was really concentrating the next thing we know there was a giant blue inferno infront of us. It looked like there was some creature in the middle tho

A big blue bird then flew out of the fire and the fire went down and to my surprise there was no evidence whatsoever of fire their. We were all watching the bird now as it flew around.

The bird then burst into flames and grew in size. It was incredible the perfect mixture on mine and chickens quirks.

He soon came and landed on the ground then the same inferno from before engulfed him once again and when it was gone izuku was just standing there looking very tired.

"Did I do good dad?"

He asked me

"y-yes you did! very good! Just look at how amazed they all are."

I say motioning to everyone else who still have shocked faces.

"Hehe"

He giggles

Once we were all inside and sat at the table eating a thought came into my head

"Hey chicken?"

I asked

"Yes?"

her replied

"How did he get his quirk? Like, what happened?"

At this he seemed to tens up

"W-well, when were were at the doctor he began saying that he didn't feel good-....."

he started

"And then?"

I asked

"And then......HEKINDATURNEDINTODUSTANDDIEDBUTTHENKAMEBACKASTHATBIRD!"

(He kinda turned into dust and died but then came back as that bird)

He said/yelled

"...... WHAT!?!?"

We all yelled

"HE FRICKEN DIED TO GET HIS QUIRK!?"

I screamed 

He nodded

"W-well he's-... he's alright now....right?"

I asked

"Yes and he is going to be a great hero with shinso aren't you?"

He stated

"YES!!"

Both little boys yelled
