"Chance for what?" As far as I know you're the one who should be giving out chances." The man behind you spoke as you furrowed your eyebrows at him confused about what he's saying

He sighed and continued "You're Y/n Hanma... God of Life, Interest and Chance.." Mikey spoke reading your small tattoos written on the base of your thumb finger on both hands.

"You're Hanma's sister am I right?"

You nodded and tries to play it cool by hiding your hands on your pocket

"So you know we're fighting your brother's gang correct?"

"Yes. I'm aware of that" you answered

"Why?"

"I don't know? Life and Death doesn't always get along with each other do they?" You answered scratching your head walking away to avoid more interrogations from the president.

"Psst! Hey Y/n! Over here!" Baji called out from behind the bush

You walked to him wondering what's he's doing hiding

"What is it?" You asked hiding with him

"Wanna eat some Yakisoba?" He showed you a bag of noodles looks like he came from the store

"Sure..." 

You both went in his house where you met his mom "Oh hey there, are you one of Kei's friends?" She asked

"Yes, uhm good evening maam..." You bowed before sitting down on the couch

"Here, eat up." He gave you your yakisoba and went to get his own

"You're not sharing huh.." you hear his mom teasing him which he answered with a chuckle

"I'm going somewhere Kei, make sure to treat your friend right okay?"

"Yes mom! Love you~"

"Love you too Kei~" with that, she left.

"I hope I can say that to my parents... If only they were not blinded by money and sold me out"

Baji looked at you seriously upon hearing you

"You know, you're fighting your brother... Your only family... I just don't get why is it okay to you."

"How did you know that?"

"I'm the first division's captain, duh"

You remained silent not knowing what to answer

"You don't have to fight your brother you know.. I'll talk to Mikey about it if you want."

You shook your head "No, I wanna fight on Toman's side"

He nods and remained silent for a while

"What's between you and Kisaki?" He suddenly asked which caught you off guard

"W-what?!" You blushed thinking of the answer you wanna say but you can't because it's not happening

"You like him huh~" he teased while poking the sides of your stomach with those squinting eyes just like his mom's

"N-no!" You defended

"You look like that tomato over there" he pointed at the tomato sitting on the counter

"That's it. Why did you made me come over here?" You were about to stand up annoyed but he pulled you back down

"I was lonely... Mikey banned me from coming to the meeting and the other captains won't come and meet me here" 

"Why?"

He smiled proudly "hehe I was causing an infight... I just wanted to see who's stronger though.. nothing serious" he chuckled

"So back to you... What do you like in Kisaki?" He asked reaching for a bottle of soda in the bag of goods he was carrying earlier.

"Uhm, he's gentle, he's smart, he's caring and he's.... Loyal but not for me.." you whispered the last part as Baji choke on his drink. You panicked thinking he heard the last part when he shouted

"That nerd is caring and gentle?! In what part?!"

"What do you mean by 'What part'?!" You shouted back clearly misunderstanding what he meant

"What part are you guys shouting about?!" Chifuyu came in the door with Takemichi

You cleared your throat and sat properly as the two newly arrived sat beside you

Baji offered half of his food to Chifuyu so you did the same offering yours to Takemichi which he took shyly

"What are you guys doing here?" Baji asked

"We're visiting because why not?" Chifuyu answered while chewing his food

"Can you believe she said Kisaki is Caring and gentle?!" Baji repeated to the two

"Stop-"

"What/huh?" The two spoke in unison

"And can you believe she likes Kisaki?!" Baji continued

"What?!/ Huh?!" They both shouted together while looking at you

"You're too noisy... Shut up."

"Is that the reason you're fighting your brother? Because he won't let you date Kisaki but you choose to go with him because-"

"You're reading too much romance." Baji covered his mouth slightly pushing him away

"So is your brother planning something deadly or..." Takemichi whispered clearly afraid to ask but he did anyways

"I don't know... He rarely comes home and if he does, we don't talk"

'haha keep lying Y/n' you mentally laughed

"I found him practicing a dance though- I think he's planning to dance in the middle of the brawl"

'lol Y/n you little lying snitch' you thought again

"What dance? Baji's good at dancing!" Chifuyu exclaimed checking his phone for a song

The song Toxic started playing as Baji stood up and started dancing to the song with his stiff body

You laughed "Yeah, you should do that! You'll beat him for sure!" You gave him a thumbs up and winked

"I probably should... Hit him with my moves right?" He moved his hips again making you three laugh

"Didn't know Y/n could be so outgoing.. she's usually a cold empress when she's with Kisaki" Takemichi sat down after closing the door when Y/n decided it's time for her to go home

"There's something about them two..." Baji leaned on the couch with his hand on his chin

"Maybe it's the spark between them" Chifuyu answered with his romantic theories again

"No, something suspicious..." Baji whispered

"Maybe you're feeling sus because Y/n is Hanma's sister?" -Chifuyu

"Yes and how did they gain Mikey and Pah's trust to let them handle the third division..." -Baji

"Y/n said Kisaki's caring... I just don't believe it.  He looks like the kind of a guy who would do anything to get what he wants." Baji continued

"Baji's not dumb like what you said Chifuyu..."
