~Just Another Day~

~Y/N POV~

~The next day~

Techno and I stayed in his room this morning after breakfast. We were just talking about the most random things. 

"Hey Techno?" 

"Yes Aphrodite?" 

"How's the Amrold kingdom? I mean I heard that it's just a long drawn war from years ago, is it right?" 

"Yeah actually, the kingdom itself is pretty nice. I've been there twice, the people were also nice. Which reminds me, I was going to ask Phil if it's a good idea to try and settle this so called war. Maybe we'll end it and just maybe we could build and alliance with the Amrold kingdom." 

"That sounds like a nice idea. If you're going to go, can I go with? I want to see the kingdom for myself, I've seen the pictures a lot and they're all really nice" 

"Sure, though we'll need your parents approval. If they agree, then you can go" 

"Thank you love" 

"Anything for you my dear" He said leaving a kiss on my forehead 

Techno and I chatted a bit more before Techno went to talk to Phil, I decided to go to the tailors to see my mom and Eret. 

"Hey mom, hey Eret... Oh hi dad" I said seeing my dad standing on a stool 

"Hey sweetie! Come help, we have a ball coming up and lots of things to get done. I wasn't planning on telling you much so you can hang out with the others rather than staying here but we do kind of need help" My mom answered while taking out a measuring tape

"Sure, so I'm guessing dad's going to and he's getting his measurements?" I asked as my mom made her way to dad with a notepad, pen, and the measuring tape 

"Yep! Go help Eret for now, I've got your dad covered" My mom instructed and pointed in the direction I believe Eret is at, I nodded and went there to see Eret stitching up an outfit on a mannequin. 

"Hey Eret! Mom asked me to help you, so what should I do?" I asked him 

"Can you take over on stitching? My hands are tired, there's the design there for further guidelines" Eret said while opening a bottle of water 

"Sure, will do" I said and began stitching, continuing where Eret left off. I will say it's a beautiful suit, the color gives off Wilbur's vibe and it matches his usual color scheme 

Dad then came in after a while, I'm guessing mom's done with the measurements. Dad just stood beside me watching me stitch together the suit. He does this at home too, he once tried doing this and just ended up getting his fingers poked by the needle. He just stands or sits there wondering how we do it without getting poked. 

"Y/N, Techno's here, he's looking for you!" My mom said 

"Hey love" I said seeing him inside just a little from the door 

"Hey, what are you doing?" He asked 

"Helping them with the outfits for the ball, why didn't you tell me there will be one?" I asked him

"I was going to tell you but you found out already. By the way.. You better stay with me during it. The last time we had a ball here with other royals some girls tried getting a dance with me, or just talk to me in general and it was weird..." Techno said 

"I mean duh, who else would I stick with? I'm not dealing with Tommy, Wilbur is alright but he can have weird topics, Phil would probably be with Kristin" I said 

"Oh Sally is coming along so Wilbur would probably be with her. Tommy would run off with Tubbo with probably Barron's supervision and yes Phil will be with Kristin and preoccupied with guests... Come to think about it I do too-" Techno said 

"Alright hush, I need to finish up that suit I was stitching-" I said while I was about to go back 

"It's alright hun, I've got it covered and so do Eret" My mom said reassuring me, I nodded and went with Techno. 

"So, who'd it go?" I asked, Techno looked at me confused 

"The talk with Phil about the Amrold kingdom?" I gave context 

"Ah that, it went well. We're going to go there and try to work this out in 3 weeks, the ball is in a week from now. You also may join if your parents allow" Techno spoke 

"So tell me, did you forget or? Because we were just with my parents..." I asked the pinkette who stopped in his tracks 

"...I- I forgot I could've asked that right then and there.." He said 

"We'll ask later then, just don't forget it next time" I assured him we didn't have to go back

We made our way to the gardens where we saw Sapnap, Karl, and Quackity hanging out together as well. We went ahead and talked to them, we had a nice time getting to know each other more. Well I got to know Karl and Quackity more. I somehow managed to convince Techno to let me braid his hair and add a few flowers into the braid. It was comforting, calming and nice. Especially to the fact that we haven't encountered Emily or her dad today. Techno said that her mom, queen Martha wasn't half bad, just Emily and Quentin. Do I get why a woman that seems nice and kind would marry such a man like Quentin, no. Absolutely not. But who am I to judge another person's love life and interests? Soon we went back to our own rooms, Techno and I took a shower before heading to the family's private living room. Apparently me and my parents are allowed in, and so are their close friends. We were just having a normal conversation honestly. 

"How'd you convince him Y/N?" Wilbur asked referring to the flowers in Techno's braided hair 

"I just asked him, he said no. I plead a couple times and he caved in. Simple as that" I answered 

"Oh wow, he only let mumza do that. If we ask he'd answer no and leave when we annoy him" Wilbur said 

"Eh, girlfriend privilege's I suppose" I said in a joking matter

"And mother privilege's!" Kristin said 

We had fun for the rest of the day, together. My parents soon joined as well and our friends would come by too. It was nice to be around the people you love and care about. Apparently the Jothen family are still around, trying to find us. Bad gave us this information, which we're all glad they don't know about this place. It was just another peaceful day.

Laz : Hi hi! So I'm back, yesterday was just frustrating if I'm being honest. I had to go to school then midway we were all sent home because apparently someone got covid the day before, I wasn't even told at first! I had to ride home through rain which I'd say was one of the best and most comforting thing of yesterday besides being home earlier from school. I've always enjoyed, running or riding through the rain (I was on a motorcycle). When I got home I also got my period and my body still aches till now.... But yeah I won't be going to school for a while I'll be having them online so updates might fly through until they allow us to actually go back there (And if my parents agree it was ok) BYE!
