It's not that I hate my name
Actually I do hate my name
I was always bullied because of it
No it not from the cartoon
My little pony
My name is from Shakespeare
My name means royalty
It means Queens and Kings
Yes I hate my name
But I do love that's it's from Shakespeare
And the meaning behind it
But I have been bullied because of my name
So many time
That I decided to change it
To kankri
It's not a feminine
And it's not a masculine name
It's just a name
Call me kankri.
Yes I get that the name
Means my mom loves me
because she gave it to me
But how can I love that name
If every time someone
call me Octavia
I flinch
Thinking something bad is
going to happen to me
Thinking someone is going to push me
Thinking I'm going to get hurt again
The name Octavia leaves
a bad taste in my mouth
I always think the worse with my name.
