'nonbinary' : gender identity that is not strictly male or female. Umbrella term.
Let's get one thing clear : I am nonbinary myself. Where I live, being nonbinary is seen as some sort of "weird woke gen z trend". Like "oh dear, the debate about gender. again." Plus my native language doesn't give a room to gender-neutral language (or hardly). And then you have the internet bigots who end up in r/Arethecisok.
And damn is it annoying sometimes.
To hear that your gender identity "doesn't exist". (I am mostly talking of the western society I live in, which have a very binary vision of gender)
To feel like it "disturbs" almost everyone.
To not have a room in your own language. The institution that rules said language is even against any proposition to make it more inclusive, because it "destroys its beauty and makes it impossible to understand".
To not have your place because there are two boxes and none feels right.
